What a brilliant trip! After our holiday was cancelled last minute, I picked this hotel for me and my boyfriend to stay for a two night get away last minute. I based my decision on the trip advisor reviews and let's just say it was a great move! The photos don't do the place justice! We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, large and very airy. I had the best nights sleep in a long time on the huge bed. The decor was tasteful and considering the places proximity to some fantastic bars, we had absolutely no trouble with noise. There was another couple and a young family staying in the hotel at the time and we didn't hear a thing out of them either! Stuart gave us great advice on where to drink and go to eat. The location is great and just a five minute walk from the north pier (blackpool tower etc) and then a short tram ride form south pier (pleasure beach, sandcastle etc). The staff we're delightful, the bar was very handy, the en suite was clean and spacious. We liked the place so much we ended up staying an extra night. I would absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely be back! What a wonderful stay!

We stayed for one night in a family ensuite room for 5 people during the Saturday night of 13th July.Overall, if you are just looking for a room to sleep in then this b&b has got to be the best. The service, well 200%. Stuart was friendly and welcomed us and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was geat. The hotel is situated in the town centre, a stone throw from the Tower. We could see the Tower from our room. There are a lot of clubbers around the vicinity, well this is the club capital. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will defo visit again.

We stayed here when we went on a night out in Blackpool for my friends birthday. The hotel was fab-lovely, clean, comfortable, modern rooms and a well stocked bar!!!!!!!!! The staff (in particular Stuart!) were brill, (and he makes a mean breakfast!!!!!) The location is ideal for a night on the tiles; it's within a short walk of the centre and literally next door to funny girls! You will definitely be seeing us again and I have recommended you to friends too!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

We stayed at Edward Hotel for one night in a superior room and were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in room 2 and the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was clean and brightly decorated, with a large flat screened T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities. It was en-suite and the shower was spot on. Nice soft towels and toiletries were provided. We had a drink in the cozy bar and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, talking to Frank and the owner Stuart, before heading to Funny Girls which is on the doorstep. Breakfast was yummy, juice and cereal followed by full english, toast,tea/coffee. We didn't want beanz and were immediately offered an alternative. Would definately stop here again and recommend Edward Hotel. Thanks guys!

Room Tip: Park at Bank Street Car Park. Just round the corner and very reasonable. Six pounds for 48 hours.
