After a search of blackpool guest houses on the web...the Bianca took our eye for three reasons..1).The photo is a great advert to sell the place...Clean &freshly painted & is appealing to look at. 2) our son in law checked through the reviews on tripadvisor (we were on another site ! ..) ..& steered us to read all the reviews on the bianca ...well done there Drew ! 3) on phoning to pre book the place we were answered by sandra who sold the place to us ....without realising it really ! ? .... She just took our verbal booking & that was all it involved ...there was no need to pay a deposit & there were no penalties for late arrivals or no shows etc,etc.. the room was neat & tidy with tea & coffee available in the room. The bed was comfy & the ceiling fan/light was a bonus... Both John & Sandra prooved to be excellent hosts & both were genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could be. We were at Blackpool for the Darts at the Winter Gardens & this was just a brisk 15/20 min walk away ! ...Breakfast appears in quite a few of the reviews & ours is no exception. .. fresh fruit, cereal ...plenty of milk & tea or coffee or BOTH ! ...& a gr8 trditional breakfast to kickstart the day ...plenty of toast & marmalade also. Thet had a fish tank which is the same as our own at home... we got talking to Sandra about the fish & she actually gave us a container of fish food flakes to take home ! ..A lovely touch that made our stay complete .. Give this place a try & you wont be disappointed ... will use again on any future trips to tower land ! .. ( ..thats if it isn't booked up ? ) ... well done john, sandra & the Bianca ! .. Paul n' Sue .. (South Elmsall,Yorkshire) ...XX.

Room Tip: If arriving at bk.pool via train get a taxi to the bianca ! the taxi takes you right to the front door & you get your bearings from here.

My missus and i just back from a 3 night stay at the Bianca. We couldn't have picked a nicer place, and John and Sandra are just the perfect hosts !! We just booked a budget room (no 6) which was compact, clean and cosy, and all that we required. The breakfast banter was superb, as was the food! John is a minefield of useful information for peeps who want to get out and about. The location is ideal, being just 10 mins walk from the tower or central pier. We would defo recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Stayed at the Bianca B&B to visit our son had a lovely stay, very clean & tidy. John & Sandra very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is 9 - 9.30am and well presented. We stayed in room 1 alittle small but cosy with own on suit bathroom. Great location to the seafront & city centre you are right near the Blackpool Tower as well. Why not try it yourself see what you think great for short or long stay. Happy holidays.

Nice cosy room and bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Owners were nice enough, had no problems with them apart from hovering around us at breakfast. I find that uncomfortable when you're trying to eat. Now from a Head Housekeepers point of view - we were in room number 1, dado rail, top of mirror, top of tv hadn't been dusted. On outside of sink there is old toothpaste and a lovely big hair and dust on the bin lid and window sill. I would suggest they get a new housekeeper.
