Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Location perfect right on seafront at central pier. from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. M was the perfect friendly host nothing was too much trouble for him. All staff were So helpful. The private front seating terrace was a bonus as the airshow was on, so to sit and have a drink out on the terrace with a PERFECT view was well worth the more than reasonable cost of my two night stay.Entertainment Room and food were 10/10. A BIG BIG THANK YOU M. Will certainly be back soon

Just back home from a 4 day mid week break at The Balmoral Hotel and pleased to say we look forward to a return stay sooooon! We booked a family room for three at short notice and on arrival were delighted with our choice. A warm welcome from the hotel owner and family was a great start. We were shown to our fresh, clean and comfy bedroom, with tv & coffee/ tea facility's and our holiday began. Exploring the hotel we had coffee on the sunny front terrace directly in front of the beach and watched the world go by. Then a lovely stroll along the prom and a picked up a few bargains at the many shops in town all within easy walking distance. Evening, the hotel offered an evening meal service in there restaurant, all home cooked at very reasonable prices no need to go out to dinner. Nightly entertainment begins with a family friendly quiz, a game of bingo then an entertainer to encourage a little dancing for all. Mid evening we are treated to a free finger Buffett that really hits the spot after a few ( reasonably priced ) drinks from the bar. After a good nights sleep its down to a full english breakfast served by happy cheerful staff, a great start to the day. The owner told us all about the marvellous work that has been carried out by the Blackpool council on the prom and trams etc and said he is very keen to ensure his Hotel is made to look its best to reflect this. ( well safe to say it certainly dose that). Hope this has been helpful to anyone thinking of booking. Happy Hollidays ENJOY! P.S. thank you to the night porter/doorman for carrying ALL our cases out to the car.

Room Tip: Although we had no problem with our room location maybe next time we will ask for sea view as there...

We go to blackpool every year purely to get away and have a break. For the past three years we have been here and have enjoyed ourselfs every time. The beds are clean, the food is good and the staff and so friendly to everyone that walks through the door and are willing to help you with everything. We have fun in the hotel every night as we have a laugh and get to know everyone and play bingo along with a quiz and win a prize! I wold highly recommend this hotel to anyone and if you are looking for a nice, clean and friendly b & b to stay in for a week or so then this is the place to go.

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise at night.
