My family and I had a lovely weekend in Blackpool which was made extra nice by the hospitable David & Wahn at David & Wahns Seaview. The room was clean, tidy and spacious and breakfasts was cooked to perfection ! The atmosphere of the b&b was very relaxed and the hosts very welcoming, highly recommend this b&b to anyone as the location is also fantastic makes it an ideal place to stay. Will be certainly retuning in the summer.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 yr old daughter. This was our second time at David and Wahn's Seaview guest house. We had a lovely relaxed stay once again. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable and David and Wahn are so nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly be staying here again.

David and Wahn are the perfect hosts and did everything they could to make our trip a memorable one, they even made the sun shine for three days solid, which in Blackpool is somewhat of a miracle in itself !! We found our room to be very clean and spacious and the Breakfast was to die for. We will definitely be booking our return trip to see you both again in the summer.....

Thanks Tim & Aida x

Just returned home today after our second visit to David and Wahn's Seaview Guest House and just as happy with our experience on this occasion as the first. Was extremely surprised with the review that had been written yesterday. The Guest House looks exactly like the photo and you can see the sea and it is less than a two minute walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and fresh and we have now stayed in two different ones. We have always found David and Wahn to be friendly and helpful and we would recommend this guest house to any traveller to Blackpool.

My husband, 5 year old daughter and I have just spent two nights here. Although the room was basic & in need of a lick of paint and inexpensive touches such as bedside lamps & i wasn't impressed at having a the meter to view the tv (although we didn't need to use it as too much to do), it was really clean and we could see the sea from bed which was nice. What lacked in the rooms was more than made up by the fantastic service in this guesthouse. Fresh towels and coffee/tea making facilities generously replenished, ensuite with lovely hot shower and as there are only 4 rooms let then the guest house was quiet and relaxing and set away from the hustle and noise of the promenade. What really makes this guesthouse stand out is the fantastic breakfasts and attention to detail. Huge hearty cooked breakfast with the toast replenished faster than you can eat it! Nothing too much trouble for this lovely family who happily refilled the orange juice and coffee pots and brought my daughter glasses of milk after hearing that's what she liked to drink at home. Really impressed with this family run guesthouse and can highly recommend.
