We stayed for 2 nights and was made to feel very welcome, the breakfast was lovely and the room was great too. The manager chris was always there if you needed anything and was very helpful in telling you where to go for a good time. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be going back

We was there from Friday 24 june to Sunday 26 June. It was my hen weekend. Been to Blackpool before. Can I say that we was very happy with our B&B. The owners were lovely, they couldnt help us enough. They made us feel so welcome and we even met up with them after our show at funny girls, and went to a club that they go in. The Breakfast was very filling and set us up for the day, and as we didnt want the breakfast on Sunday Chris (the owner) made us a whole pile of toast, he couldn't do enough for us. if you are ever going to Blackpool look them up and stay there...

Didnt expect the best hotel when we arrived as we had paid very little and we were only staying 1 night for my hen night so we were not too fussy. But OMG!!! There were work tools, ladders everywhere, and to our utter shock, handsaws sticking up off the floor! We thought we had walked onto the set of a horror film!! The only reason we didnt walk straight out is because it was 1 night and it was a group of girls on a hen do so we thought rather than look for somewhere else, we would put up with it for 1 night. We wouldnt be spending anytime in the hotel anyway. The bathroom was filthy, the bed linen had seen better days too. We used a shower in another room as the one in ours didnt work, and we couldnt get hot water so had cold showers. The lounge/dining room was dusty and dog hairs everywhere. No one ate the breakfasts as the tables and plates were covered in dust, so that put us off. The owner was friendly, but think he spends the weekends going out and partying instead of taking care of the hotel. Would NEVER stay here again. I am shocked at the good reviews on here because there is nothing good about this hotel.

Arrived late on Friday night to be told there was only one room with one bed to sleep 3 of us. Chris, the owner could not have been more unhelpful if he tried. The room was barely a glorified cupboard which looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last royal wedding.First we had to pile the furniture in the corner just to make some room. There was a hole in the floorboards covered in carpet beside the bed and the toilet pan was built into the wall. What passed for an electric shower took a degree in astro physics to get warm water out of. The following morning saw our first and last visit to the "dinning room". After sitting for ten minutes we had to ask for a cup of tea. Eventually we got breakfast. OMG easily the worst cooked breakfast ive ever seen. No one in our crowd could eat even half of it. Needless to say no one went for breakfast the next day. On Sunday I noticed that Chris was still wearing the same clothes he was wearing on the Friday night when we had arrived. They looked like he had just serviced a bus in them and he had cooked the breakfast in them as well. As I was leaving on Sunday I lifted a brochure, to my surprise I never recognized one picture from the hotel we stayed at, they have clearly taken pictures from another hotel (no wonder). The hotel is unclean, unhygienic and in a very poor state of repair. If you book this hotel you have been warned.

We were well looked after the whole visit. Chris (the owner) made sure we had what we needed to make our stay a good one. He organised taxi's for us all and even came out with us to show us where the fun was at night. Chris was especially brilliant on the Saturday night as I unfortuately twisted my knee dancing and he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. I am looking forward to arranging my next visit to this friendly hotel.
