“Great Hotel will be back”
Reviewed 20 September 2011

Hello Terry and Chris just wanted to say how much Barry and I enjoyed our weeks stay with you and would recommend your Hotel as one of the places to stay in Blackpool. The breakfast sets you up for the day buffet style which I think is very good as you have a good choice of what you want to eat. The evening entertainment was excellent and we both enjoyed it so very much and everyone was so friendly. Thank you both and hope to see you again next year. Your friends Enid and Barry Crooks.

My husband & I have been staying at The Belvedere Hotel for some years now every July. We find ourselves returning year after year for the excellent personal service & food provided by the friendly owners Terry & Chrissy. The Belvedere offers top quality service with their personal touch. The food is beautiful home cooked with plenty on offer! We never leave the table hungry an always loads of different choices on the daily menu. We intend returning to the Belvedere in July 2012 and have already booked & paid our deposit to secure our room. We wouldn't stay anywhere else ! So a big thank-you to Terry & Chrissy ....... see you both next July ;-))
Cheers....Teresa & Vincy from Co-Down, N.Ireland.

Room Tip: Simply cannot fault The Belvedere at all in any way!!

There is limited access at the front with no disabled ramp and during our stay the food offered by the hotel was both small in portion and poor in quality, we found that some of the deserts were still frozen in the middle and healthy eaters wouldn't be impressed with the amount if vegetables as there were hardly any and had to still be shared amongst 4 of us.

I stayed at the belvedere whilst at an annual delegate meeting at the winter gardens. this was the 2nd yr in a row i and my colleagues have stayed here and after being new to the business last yr, the hosts have made their mark and the whole experience is a pleasure.
last yr i was impressed with the attentiveness and personal touch, and although they have a dedicated staff now to do that, the owners remain fantastically welcoming and i now regard them as good friends.
The food was absolutely fantastic....i was gobsmacked by the quality for the price...food not out of place in a 4/5* establishment (and the scottish trifle was to die for).
the only slight downside to this hotel is the poor internet reception, you have to have a front room to recieve it on any decent level, that said we had 5 delegates there last yr, through word of mouth and their very hard work, there were 65 this yr, which tells you everything.
We have already booked for the conference next year and will continue to do so.
all in all a very pleasant stay and on the winter gardens doorstep and a stones throw from the tower.
very highly recommended by myself and all my colleagues that stayed there.

Very friendly and family run hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable, if you need anything you just have to ask, Terry & Chris can't do enough to help. We stay at the Belverdere at least eight times a year and always look forward to seeing them.
Best hotel in Blackpool and I have stayed in quite a lot..................
