We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions now..... Went there last year with my friends and some of there friends... There were about 25 of us in total, everyone is always made to feel very welcome by Diane and Pete. The breakfasts are lovely and so filling, choice of cereal, toast, full englist breakfast or all 3, which we tended to go for, filled you up for the day..... Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Relax in the lounge and havea few drinks in the evening.... Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I do to all my friends.... Thanks Diane and Pete

I have just returned from one nights stay at the Beeches Hotel in Blackpool with a small group of friends. We found the owners Pete and Di very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were all very well presented. The rooms were small but very comfortable and all had their own bathrooms consisting of a toilet, sink, mirror and cubicle shower. Again the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed for a short stay. All the rooms in the hotel were very clean. For one nights stay it cost £22 pp which included bed and and breakfast which was a full english breakfast and a choice of cereal.
The location is great too, next to the tower and a short walk away from the pubs and nightclubs.
I would recommend this hotel to people looking for an affordable short stay in Blackpool as it is clean, well presented, great value for money and the owners are welcoming.
xx

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Beeches and I can only say things keep getting better and better, Di and Pete have become like good friends and the welcome we recieve is second to none. The rooms are always spotless and the location superb. The breakfast is always first class and Di and Pete cant do enough to make you feel at home. I can honestly say the Durham Lasses have found their ideal Blackpool B+B, see you later in the year! xxx Andrea.

Enjoyed every minute of our short break at this lovely welcoming hotel. Owners Di & Pete were amazing. The room & ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean. We had two double beds in our room which suited us great. The beds were really comfortable too. Breakfast was gorgeous & plentiful with lots of choice. Location is perfect for us being close to town, Sea Life Centre, Central Pier, beach & promenade. Our two boys(aged 12 & 4) loved the fact it was only a couple of minutes from Coral Island. Even though hotel is in centre it was not noisy or rowdy at all. Hull Road is a nice street of nice hotels and b&b's.
Lovely lounge to sit & have a quiet drink in on an evening. Bar prices were really good unlike some hotels we have stayed in in the past. Big screen TV available in lounge if required. We'll not be looking to stay anywhere else when we next visit Blackpool. We arrived as first time guests but we left feeling like we'd been visiting old friends.

Di and Peter are very welcoming and made it feel like home from home. The rooms (and rest of the hotel) are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A lovely stay.
