my daughter in law and I stayed here on Friday night whilst visiting Blackpool to see the legendary Rod Stewart. Alison and her lovely hubby made us very welcome from the minute we arrived.
When I booked there was only a small room available, however we were told they had managed to sort a larger room. Lovely comfy beds, with a spotless bathroom excellent hot shower. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The breakfast was lovely with everything on offer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

well - a difficult one to write - 6 bed B and B in side road near the tower, one night booked 'blind' through laterooms so wondered what to expect.
The positive experience began right from booking emailed to ask for a twin room = instant reply certainly! yes it was a tiny room but was spotless with lovely linen, comfy bed and pillows, powerful shower, fluffy towels, quality brand tea bags and coffee and newly decorated. BUT - the main attraction to this modest guest house is the fantastic partnership who have newly acquired and worked their socks off to offer a great product. As we arrived they were there to book us in, explain how it worked and carry our bags up to the room. they were jolly and friendly without being 'in your face'. No bar but a lounge with fridge if you need to put your own drink in, glasses and sweeties! An amazing enormous breakfast , lots of choice of good quality food served with a smile and cooked with love. If ever a place deserves to succeed it is here purely because of the sheer hard work and enthusiasm of the owners. thank you

Had a lovely Saturday night stay here with the girls. Booked last minute too. Everything you need. Very clean, lovely owners, nice choice for breakfast.
Only thing that we could fault is that we were forewarned to keep the noise down and have courtesy for the other guests as they were older than us. We would of anyway without of being asked. Not a major problem though. (Was asked to write at least 200 characters).
Thank you for a nice stay.

Me and my boyfriend stayed the night and it was money well spent we have no complaints what so ever. The room was lovely and it was really clean throughout. The hosts were the loveliest people ever who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. It's a place I will recommend to family and friends and we will definitely be returning sometime within the near future!

I booked this hotel based on the reviews, i am so pleased with my selection. Alison my host was very friendly, she explained all the aspects of my stay, including the details for the wifi, ( most important), I was shown to my single room, the room is small, but its adequate for ones needs, it has a ensuite shower room, the shower is lovely hot and powerful, the bathroom area is immaculately clean, a major plus point, the bed is very comfortable with clean sheets with comfy pillows, with a firm comfy mattress, a restful sleep i had.
My lovely host Alison accepted my request for an early breakfast, it seems nothing is a issue, the breakfast consisted of choice of cereal, with orange juice, then it was time for the full english and toast, the full english was of ample proportions and good quality and most importantly hot, i did not need to eat lunch as i was still full.
In closing i whole heartly recommend THE ASCOT as a excellent quality establishment, which is immaculately clean, this I rate very very highly, I thank you Alison, keep up the excellent standards you adhere to and I will return soon.

Room Tip: if you quick you can park off the road
