The owner and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and understanding.

Charles was lovely, kind and caring. He and made us feel very welcome and at home from the point of arrival and throughout our entire stay, ensuring we were aware of everything. We've booked initially for 2 nights but as we had a wonderful time on our first time in Blackpool that we extended our stay for another night and he gave us a good deal being a Saturday night of the Illuminations Switch on Weekend.

I would also like to express my gratitude and thanks to Mick who was happy, understanding, patient and quick to help when the children urgently needed entry into the apartment, after getting unexpectedly very wet at a Theme Park ride, whilst we were stuck at a concert and also offered them help in contacting us when their phone went dead. Unfortunately we were unable to personally thank them on the last day as they were not working at the time of our checkout.

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Minutes of walking distance to the Pleasure Beach Theme Park and the Sandcastle Waterpark and yet the neighborhood around the apartment was quiet away from the hustle, very clean and litter free! Supermarkets, convenience stores, pizzas and takeaways were just minutes drive away!

As well as the car park right outside the apartment, there is a Tram stop just across the road from the apartment, which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the promenade. The apartment is on the seafront, where the sandy beach was also quiet, serene and litter free. Just walk across the road to view the beautiful sunset in peace and quiet.

The apartment was cozy and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It exceeded our expectations! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and all the equipment available there. The bathroom was white as white. There was an ironing board, an extra heater, iron, hairdryer, plenty of clean towels, fluffy bathmat and even washing up liquid and hangers! The draining rack and washing bowl looked unused. The dishes were clean like new! Even the dish cloths and cleaning sponge were like new! There were pots and pans and plenty of cutlery and a chopping board. We've brought our own things and found that we didn't need to!

There is a PlayStation, video games and a Flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to keep the children happy and occupied.

Everything were in working order. The free Wi-Fi worked great. We didn't hear much noise from the others who stayed.

There was ample space for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens and I like the fact that the room were separated from the living area.

Our only suggestions are:

We needed a little more storage cupboards or more places to hang our clothes for as there were 4 of us.

A longer sofa would have been a little better for all four of us to lounge in front of the TV, although there were plenty of chairs and a table there.

The hot water tap on the wash basin and sink was a little too hot when left on after a while, but the shower was great.

Overall, we are very happy with our stay, would come back again and recommend this place to others! Thank you so much!

Room tip: Our apartment 8 did not have the sea view, but we were not fussed as space took precedence over view.

Stayed 31/8/15 - 4/9/15 apartment 5 Two adults one teenage and a Yorkshire terrier. From we opened front door from the street I was impressed how clean these apartments were. Our apartment had no sea view sad to say. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay but wasn't without minor problems. The owner apologised for the lack of sofa bed in the lounge a previous tennent had broken it. So we had a single bed to sit/sleep on. A couple of the double glazed windows seals had gone the windows were full of condensation. The hot water was scalding!
Apart from that these apartments were fab. The double bedroom was small but adequate with everything you need Inc a hairdryer. The kitchen/lounge had plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils even Inc foil, clingfim, tea towel ,dishcloth & washing up liquid. The 32" TV had a PlayStation with games plenty games to borrow available in the foyer downstairs. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower sink and loo, lovely clean white towels included. But the water is HOT even the shower is HOT or freezing difficult to get a happy medium.
There is a handy grassed area at the front with a wall around and gates on which is great to let your dog run around. The beach and bus/tram stops are over the road very handy if you don't want to drive. We parked our car no problem free of charge in front of the apartment's.
We bought day tickets adults £5 each £3 for 16_19 year olds (might ask for I'd) but had to pay 40p per journey for the dog. No doggy day tickets.
I would definitely book the Sandpiper apartment's again and recommend to anyone.

just came back from a two night stay at these apartments. Firstly these are great for the pleasure beach and the water park, perfect....they were lovely and clean with plenty of space and came with everything you would need for a stay. hairdryer, towels iron and so on, and a sea view. apartment sleeps 7, we were in apartment 3 which is on the first floor....be aware that there are a few apartments here and sound travels, the people above us liked making plenty of noise and we could hear every bump and squeak and kids made plenty of banging till way past midnight, so much so that my husband banged on the ceiling and told them to shut up with the noise. However these are great, stay on top floor if you can. Be also aware that you have to pay a £100 bond on arrival for breakages. i didnt see this on the website, its probably states this on the site maybe its in small print but its a good job i had money. you get it back at the end though. Also its £5.00 per day to park, Trams are just outside so nice and handy, get the family pass its better value, think it was £10.00 to travel all day. all in all a fab place to stay
