It's very positive that a hotel tries to provide accommodation for those less able. Location was perfect with trams running from the front of the hotel to all the attractions of Blackpool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although we possibly had the hottest week of the year and yearned for Air conditioning....not often needed in this country it must be said.

The meals were ok but service was slow, not the staffs fault, but down entirely to lack of staff, something that needs to be looked at I feel.

Staff themselves were friendly and helpful.

Encouraging that entertainment is provided on an evening.

This is a great hotel for people with disabilities. The facilities are good and the staff are fabulous, very caring and go the extra mile. The food is very good and the evening entertainment is great. The transport they provided from the hotel to get us there and bring us back was brilliant. And also the day trips were very organised. They were very flexible and adaptable and the bedrooms were really nice, and very clean. I would certainly go back there again and the carers for the people who needed help and support were absolutely wonderful. Jane, who was one of the guests, had carers morning and evening and the team work between everybody was wonderful.

We felt largely ignored by the staff and in the way. Everything was delayed or cancelled. The dinning room had one staff for sixteen guests. The food was under or over cooked. On Saturday they ran out of food and my mother and I had to go out. You could not even get a wheelchair user in the first bedroom. The bedrooms were so basic it was more like a youth hostel and one bedside cabinet, a small cupboard in the bathroom plus a rusty bin. We switched off four radiators and left a window open. Hard beds and like sleeping in a plastic bag. In the games room barely room to fit the wheelchair in and the ceiling looked as if it would collapse with tiles soiled and loose.
