Me and my friend stayed for the weekend in this b&b and it's excellent value for money. Ignore the bad reviews - Lorraine and Sonia were lovely and very helpful to me and my friend. I think people expect to much for the money they pay, the only niggle if any was the fact we were in room 8 (loft room) and it was very hot. However we were very lucky to even have a room here after there was some confusion on my behalf, I asked Sonia if she could fetch us a fan and she did no problem. We are two 20 year old girls so were going out/coming in at all hours and there was no issue. Recommend - will defo be returning :)

Talk about judging a book by its cover !What an absolute cold horrible greeting . Ok we were 2 stags but we were ordered into the bar and lectured about we dont have groups of stags (2 of us mind) the old saying stags equals trouble is discrimination no welcome just an ear bashing . Told a bunch of lies about us and police were going to remove us tried getting our money back as we wasnt staying to no avail . The hotel that did take us in didnt even hear us come in and was well worth paying again .

Me my fiance and little boy stayed here for a half term long weekend the hosts Sonia and Lorraine are wonderful on my way to the hotel I got lost and I phoned the hotel for help and they got me back on the right track when I eventually arrived at 1145 pm they helped me get the car round the back to the parking space. When back inside the hotel we were asked if we were ok we chatted for a few minutes and then went to bed we came down every day for an amazing breakfast it was perfect cereal toast tea coffee cooked breakfast jams everything to set you up for a perfect day. Sonia and Lorraine told us everything we needed to know to have a good time in blackpool. We have stayed here twice and will stay here every time we go to Blackpool in future we used to shop around for b and bs but no longer this is perfect. Rooms are en-suite electrical shower sink and toilet brilliant beds. The bad reviews on here are total rubbish some people don't know a good thing when they see it. Looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed at the roselea hotel for 2 nights. It was good value for money as price was one of the cheapest and included parking and a cooked breakfast. The owners were very pleasant and helpful to us. Our room was tired but did the job. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

what can you possibly say "positive" about this place, answer in a nutshell "nothing", just got back from weekend stay and "OMG", room was small, dated and a bed ok if you are only 5ft and a fag end tall. tv came off the arc, only just glad they didn't come in two's, no remote so went and asked landlady, who came into room and lifted up our mattress to find remote underneath, no bedside table just a chair, no bedside lights, so you had to get out of bed and walk the otherside of the room for main light switch. next morning went downstairs for breakfast, was told to help yourself to cereal, had a glass of juice and did not dare to ask for any more, landlady just puts a pot of tea on all tables whether you want it or not, if you drink coffee "forget it" you won't get any, a rack of white bread slightly stained in one corner then came of which we later found out was the so called toast, main breakfast then arrived, two under cooked rashers of bacon, two sausage undercooked with a couple of dark brown lines down them, one burnt underneath, but not cooked on top egg, that when cut open, jelly ran over my plate, beans. my wife and i refused to eat this disgusting mush, we would have ended up in A&E. i know this is a cheap b&b, but for goodness sake, show some pride in your business and yourself and start to make things better, i always say thing how i see them, and if this place carries on like this, it will go under.

Room Tip: have not seen other rooms, but keep away from 8, 9, 10, you are stuck up in the rafters
