I recently stayed at the trentham hotel on a overnight weekend stay, there were 4 of us so we were in a room together, the room was of good size even though it had 4 beds in it the en suite was on the small side but as I have read in other reviews that is through no fault of the owners as they have said they inherited it as it was, but I didn't mind how big it was as you don't sleep in your en suite as long as you can use the toilet and have a shower that's all you need that for. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the en suite was as well, we could get music channel on tv so that's a good thing for when ya getting ready, we were in a room that faced the road and it was still a quite stay. The kettle worked and like I said the tv, the breakfast was excellent full English cereal, toast, yoghurts everything you could ask for in a breakfast after a big night out. There was no rush to be out of the room which was good, the welcome we had was brill every one really friendly lorna and simon and the staff as well make you feel really welcome so that's excellent. The location of the hotel is in an excellent place just around the corner there is the tower and all the nightclubs and pubs, so overall I would rate the hotel and excellent stay and really good value for your money and lorna and simon the stoke girls in room 10 will be back lol.

Just spent one night in Blackpool, a bit cautious because of previous experience there, but I wish I had found the Trentham Hotel before. From the warm welcome, to the clean and comfortable room, good nights sleep and fabulous breakfast this is the best hotel I have found in the town.

We decided to take a long weekend in Blackpool, after much searching to find a hotel that suited our requirements, having 4 adults and 4 children, we chose the Trentham, Albert Road, and we were not disappointed, we had two family rooms as the four children and two adults needed to be in one room. lorna and Simon welcomed us in to their hotel/home, we felt like old friends, we settled in straight away, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent, the rooms were clean and the shower nearly took your head off, we normally stay in big commercial hotels but we had everything we needed and more, and for me WIFI in our room, perfect, we will defiantly return in the future, the location was great 5 mins from the seafront by the Tower, but just far enough not to be disturbed. We would recommend this hotel to any family, couple or single traveller. WE WILL BE BACK. Thank you L & S

We did not know we had friends in Blackpool until we met Lorna and Simon when arriving at their Bed and Breakfast in Blackpool, minutes of walking from the Winter gardens, making it a perfect location. Rooms comfy and typical for English seaside small hotels. Breakfast is traditional and served with love and good humor every day so you start your day with a smile :) Perfect for our needs , came for the Dance Festival . Greetings from Poland !

This is a superb Bed & Breakfast. Lorna greeted us with a big smile and was very welcoming. We were going to an event at Winter Gardens so this is why we stayed here. It's location is great for Winter Gardens, The Tower and the main shopping centre. I would recommend staying here for a home from home experience. Can't wait to go back in November.

Great Bed and Breakfast hotel right in the perfect location in the middle of town centre. Very close to all amenities. We were greeted with a lovely welcome from Lorna who made us feel at home. We were each given keys which is unusual to each have ones own for a room. The breakfast was spot on, plentiful and nicely presented. For the price we paid we will certainly be staying there again. Well done Simon and Lorna.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a warm and friendly hotel in the town centre and lovely hospitality then stay...

I've stayed at a few Hotels in Blackpool, but the Trentham Hotel in Albert Rd is by far the best . Owned by Lorna and Simon ,the Hotel is value for money the rooms are beautifully presented with crisp white sheets snow white towels smelling very fresh and very comfortable beds indeed,
We stayed on the top floor myself my 13yr old son and my 3 grandchildren aged 14,10 and 3yrs
Lorna and Simon are lovely people and make you feel very comfortable the minute you meet them . Nothing at all is too much for them, all they want is to make your stay very pleasurable and indeed they do that very professionally. Such lovely people which I must stress on because if you don't feel comfortable somewhere then you just don't enjoy staying there .The Hotel is spotlessly clean ,the Dining room is lovely everywhere in this Hotel is meticulously clean they take pride in there Hotel .and all ways put there guest's first Laura and Simon are all ways willing to stop and chat and help in any way they can .I will deffinatly be visiting again this year and will continue visiting this Hotel for a long time to come plus I will be recommending this Hotel to all my friends. We arrived by chance at the Hotel and asked for a room for the night as we decided to stay overnight the charge for our night was great and we had a very tasty full Englsh Breackfast the following morning .We were under no pressure whatsoever to leave just wish we could of stayed longer with the company of these lovely people. It's very child friendly but is also ideal for elderly or couples as its situated in the best position in Blackpool . SO IF YOU WANT A GOOD FRIENDLY COMFORTABLE VALUE FOR MONEY HOTEL IN BLACKPOOL do yourself l f a favour visit Laurna and Simon you won't regret it . Beach and Shops are just across the road Hotel is in a side street surrounded by the Beach and Shops so you can fall out of bed into either the shops or the beach . Nice and quiet at night too .

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor ,the Hotel had no lift but it was worth the climb . The room contained a...
