Thank you Ian & Kevin! We had a wonderful few days in Blackpool and that is greatly because of your wonderful hospitality. Excellent warm welcome and we felt like being home away from home. Definitely will be back!!!

We stayed here for two nights friday 17th aug- sun 19th august. 2 X 2 Couples. We were lucky ian and kevin had availability- as it was booked only a couple of weeks before hand. We looked at the reviews on here before hand- so we had a pretty good idea what to expect.

Firstly (and to me the most important factor- after a clean comfortable room)- is the hosts. Ian and kevin are absolutely lovely hosts- genuine- kind -helpful and pleasant. - very welcoming- the guys work really hard- and put in 100% running this lovely little B & B- and they always had a smile on their face.- if there were more people like ian and kevin- in this world- it would be a much nicer place.

On arrival to our room- we were very pleased with it- the room was spotless-honest not a speck of dust in sight - the furnishings were modern- the bed was the most comfortable i have slept in-and whilst we were there- the other guests were so thoughtful towards other guests when they came back- we were never woken once by any guests coming back in of an evening.

Oh my- the breakfasts - were gorgeous!!!!( Now I am extremely fussy where food is concerned- i can't eat rubbish- and if i dont like what I see on a plate- i will just leave it.) These breakfasts were HUGE!!!!!!! - with QUALITY ingredients- cooked to perfection- presented beautifully- along with this you got toast-tea or coffee- you could help yourself to cereal- fruit, and yoghurt- .This kept us going till very late afternoon.

For the price these guys charge- you get your moneys worth thats for sure,

Car parking £6 for 48 hours (very cheap)- and the car park only a few minutes walk away.

Will recommend you to any of my friends and family.

Thanks again guys for a great stay.

It was the first time I stayed with Kevin and Ian at The Manhattan and it is safe to say I will be staying with them again. Straight away I felt at home and so welcome. Both Kevin and Ian were wonderful hosts, they told me where the good restaurants were, how to get to the shops and where to get the tickets for certain attractions. I couldn't of asked for better hosts. The room I stayed in was spotless and a really good size. It was so nice to come back to a very comfy bed and a warm and welcoming environment after a hard day of enjoying myself, every morning I would feel refreshed after a great nights sleep. The breakfast is brilliant, there is a variety of fresh juice, tea or coffee, cereals, fruit but the best part was the full english!! There was never anything left on my plate on a morning, it was beautiful. The Manhattan is only about 5 minutes from the North Pier, which is a lovely walk. It is also close to shops and everything you could need for a lovely time spent in Blackpool.

This is the second time I have stayed with Kevin and Ian and I'm definite theres going to be a third. The rooms were spotless and the decor made it more like home and the bar was really good, they had a wide variety of drinks and snacks. Kevin and Ian even helped us with our suitcases! It was super because it only took 2 minutes to get to the beach and 5 minutes to get to North Pier. Also theres a spectacular breakfast with a wide variety of cereals, juices, fruits and lots of different cooked breakfasts,.including a full english. Kevin and Ian are bound to make your trip one worth treasuring, so stay here, everyone!!!

i have stayed here before and definitely wouldnt stay anywhere else. just myself and my 12yr old daughter went for a week and had a super time. The rooms are lovely, very modern, extremely clean with plenty of storage. Its only a 2 min walk from the beach which is great, and plenty of shops and places to eat are just round the corner.Saying that ,after the huge breakfast served in the morning, we were pretty full for the day. There is a vast choice of cereal, yogurt and fruit and a huge full english which was fantastic. Kevin and Ian are lovely guys, will always go out of their way to assist with anything you may need. They told us the cheapest way to purchase tickets for attractions and directions to visit places too. A lovely b and b, super hospitality, clean, modern and a pleasure to have stayed there. Will definitely stay again, and would recommend it to EVERYONE.
