rooms were basic but very clean. The food was very good and the waitresses although polish were very good and spoke good english. The drinks were 99p for most drinks as per the promotion. The entertainment was excellent. The only down side if there is one was you could hear people banging doors but that is not the faultof the management.

The Foyer looks inviting but the bedrooms were in a state of poor repair. The food was not good was not cooked right and the portions were very small. The staff were not very helpful or friendly

Our party have recently returned from a stay at the Royal Carlton Hotel. When we arrived the hotel foyer looks inviting and modern however the bedrooms tell a different story. They are very tired and in a state of poor repair. The food and entertainment is excellent . The staff overall are good although the lady manager was very rude when we made a slight complaint about something which tarnished our stay and because of this I dont think we will be returning.

We stayed in this hotel after booking through blackpool promotions. We were told there was a free bar on monday night but bar staff said they did not know anything about it. We had no heating in the room for two days and no hot water for one. Room was tiny and tatty and food was ok but quite small portions i think they cater for pensioners only. Reception staff not very friendly. Sorry not for us especially for the money we paid to stay there. We spent more time outside the hotel than in it.
