I stayed in a deluxe family room on an overnight trip with my wife and three children ( 6 years, 20 months, 7 months). Overall the hotel was great. We had a large room with bunk beds and a separate tv for the children just round the corner from the main room area. The room was comfortable. Sadly we didn't have a sea view.
Breakfast was great- lots of good quality food, and very helpful staff- with two very young children it was a bit like feeding time at the zoo but the staff went out of their way to help us with high chairs and to put us at ease. We also went swimming; the pool was small but clean and towels were provided. The hotel location is ideal for the illuminations and also for walking to the tower - it's a bit too far to walk to the pleasure beach though.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Stayed here on saturday for one night with a work colleague. We were on a night out and always like decent quality hotels to stay in. We are both travel agents and really like to see quality when we stay out.
I have to say the receptionists are not the most welcoming, very stiff and boring. The entrance is ok not superb or grand, like the costa coffee tho. Into the rooms and very different story, very outdated and shabby. The wardrobes didnt close, 1930s, and the bathroom needs seriously updating. The shower head halfway down the wall, you need to 4ft to get a decent shower.
Breakfast, superb, this was a very good improvement. Very clean and modern, the staff were on the ball.
Overall a good stay, wouldnt pay the rates again for this hotel though. Needs to modernised in the rooms, a big let down for me!!!

Attended a recent Sports Award Evening at the hotel and decided to stay the night,it turned out an excellent choice. The room allocated was 462 which satisfied our request which was a high floor with sea view,\it was well equiped, had a nice welcome touch and the housekeeping had been of a high order.Checking In and Out was carried out quickly with professional communication from reception staff.Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and attentative staff,The Award Dinner had about 300 people attending and i have to praise the hotel staff for the way they served and catered for the people who attended they did an excellent job.
I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Blackpool

Room Tip: hig floor has best sea views

Stayed for 2 nights. Small but comfortable room. Lovely sea views. Absolutely superb breakfast which was among the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Only one small problem-I am 6'4" tall. The shower head in our room was fixed into the wall at around 5'. This made showering uncomfortable, and not enjoyable as it should be. Didn't really make much difference overall, but a better shower facility would have been nice.

Initial impressions are of a grand hotel with pleasant staff, large luxurious public rooms, and good health club. Closer inspection of the bedroom and en-suite showed a poor standard of care. The bathroom especially was in need of replacement with tiling, sink, etc.in a shocking state.

I paid extra for breakfast. The buffet looked good, but all the food was only just tepid which made it a very unpleasant experience.

I got a very good deal, and had a smile at the rack rate of £230. I hope only banking directors are charged this silly sum.

Stayed at the Hilton for a do we were attending - got a good deal through the website (£62.00 including breakfast). Quick check-in and Reception staff welcoming and informative - same at check-out. Our room had a sea view and was well equiped, including hairdryer and iron but only one easy-chair! Not a great deal of space but more than adequate for a night or two.
Breakfast was excellent - an amazing choice of both hot and cold food and the service was good too. Even though we were almost the last ones down, there was still plenty of food available. Tea/coffee and juice all brought to the table, the rest from a buffet.
Ample parking for which there is a charge of £3.00/night (people who attended the do with us but didn't stay overnight got free parking).
Free wi-fi in the public areas but I think you had to pay if you wanted it in the room - we connected through BT fon with no problems.
The bar - £12.10 for 2 G & T's! In future, we'll bring our own!
Apart from that, an excellent break and would stay again.
