Just spent two days at the hotel on business, the staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. My room what's clean and tidy overlooking the grey sea but it was more than satisfactory no thrills but fine. I had an evening meal which was also enjoyable. I would be happy to stay in this hotel again

Room Tip: I would recommend a sea view

Stayed 2 nights, 21 -23 Oct 13. Twin room. Requested top floor with tower view, as advised on here. Great view, yes you are right, on a windy night, with being so high up and opposite the Irish Sea, the wind is noisy and can keep you awake, I am sure The Hilton would stop this if it were possible as there service was outstanding..... Thank you :-).......The windows outside were even spotless, just like the room, and everywhere else. Rooms more than adequate, bathroom a little dated as people have mentioned, I am sure hey could re-modernise if you would like to pay more money for your stay, they were serviceable &spotless. I even noticed two electric car parking plug ins, how efficient and unique!.... plenty of parking space, good value for £, staff very efficient and helpful. Restaurant food lovely and plentiful. Bar prices typical, so not sure what people are moaning about, and I am far from flush!....Leisure staff need mention too a they were very helpful and on two separate occasions, two different members of staff. Obvious to see they are happy in their work. Its also great to see you support school work experience too. One, or two things, it would be helpful I there were more lighting in the car park, and some entertainment for children of an evening, it is October Half Term, but that's being picky really.

It was nice to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your stay, the view from the room, the food and the staff provided top class customer service for you. The hotel is enviornmentally friendly and we are always looking for ways to enhance our sustainability programme, with the electric car parking plug in stations a recent initiative for our guests to use. Rooms were clean. Staff were very good.

TV was new, otherwise everything in the room looked very old, and very tired.

Pages ripped out of room service menu. Phone in room didn't work. Bed was not up to hilton standard.

Am Hilton diamond, but will probably stay somewhere else if I return to blackpool.

This is our 2nd stay and we can't fault the staff. They are friendly yet professional. It doesn't feel like a big hotel. The breakfast has loads of choice. We also ate there and found the buffet had plenty of food. Loved the puddings. The only downside is the room was too warm for me but opening the window solved that. Would recommend.

This was my 1st time staying at this hotel as i have been put of by the outside, but i was pleasantly surprised as i found the hotel to be excellent
We had a room with a king size bed and a sea view which was modern looking and very clean.
The hotel is 2 tram stops past the north pier and with a day family ticket for only £9.50 we were able to go back and forward to the hotel as many times as we liked, allowing us to go back out at night to see the illuminations for no extra cost.
The breakfast in the hotel was excellent and the staff couldn't be any nicer, we will certainly be staying here again.

Room Tip: The house wine wasn't on the menu but is much cheaper than the ones on the menu - £18 a bottle...

Stayed one night (sunday) friendly staff, We booked a family room but we were disappointed with the girls beds, it was a bed settee, fine, but it didn't pull out like normal bed settees one part was a separate camp bed. It was uncomfortable and my daughters feet stuck out quite a lot. There should be two single beds in family rooms, just take out the bed settee and replace with the beds. The bedding was lovely and very clean, could have done with more pillows. Apart from the bed the room was comfy and had everything we needed, although we hardly spent any time in our room.
The bar prices are terribly expensive just a rip off. Breakfast was fine, I ordered an omelette which was lovely.
Wi fi should be free all over hotel, and parking also free.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area which suited us.
Overall it is a good place to stay just a little too pricey. This was our first visit to a Hilton and didn't live up to our expectaions.

Room Tip: WE were in room 561 5th floor location was fine just the camp bed!!!!
