We got a large, quiet, twin room with a sea view and free on-site parking for a price you could easily pay at a B&B in a creaky noisy converted house nearby. The staff are plentiful and friendly. Access from the car park is quick and easy, once you have worked out that only 2 of the 3 lifts go to the car park level and, when going down, you can't choose which lift stops at your floor. Also included is a fitness centre with a swimming pool of a good size but with a bit too much chlorine in it for my taste. The buffet breakfast is one of the best and most comprehensive I've ever had, and is available over a long time-period each day. The town centre is a short drive or a reasonable level walk away, and there are bus and tram stops outside. The hotel stands in its own grounds on the seafront in a pleasant part of town and is not disturbed by anything nearby. Parts of the hotel, which is not that new, could do with a bit of TLC, but we'll happily stay here again if the price is right.

Recently spent 4 days enjoying the sites and sounds of Blackpool.Had a great stay at the Hilton, would advise fellow travellers looking for a bargain to upgrade from room only to 'buffet breakfast' with evening meal on 1st night
The hotel is very spacious and friendly on the prom with bus and tram stops almost at the doorstep, also for also you smokers has a nice area out the back adjacent to the car park with an heated sitting area.My only gripe was Bar prices although the Hotel is TRUE 4 STAR its located at a major leisure resort so many customers will not be on expenses !!

From the minute we walked into the Reception it all went wrong. We were told we had parked in the wrong car park when staff had no idea in which car park we had parked our car. The room was clean but basic but bathroom left alot to be desired. This Hilton mainly caters for conferences and mainly interested in business types which made us feel like we were intruding. Internet access is a rip off. Decided to cut short our stay to one night instead of three nights. Have never stayed in a hotel with such grumpy staff where your made to feel like they are doing you a favour!

£220 for a shabby dirty room for one night.
Shame on you Hilton for allowing this terrible hotel to continue!
Bath had been painted ON THE INSIDE and it was all peeling off.
Bed had pool of "something" on the mattress, Manager said it was melted mattress topper, even if it was for that money at least turn the mattress over.make your own mind up as I have included photo's
Have stayed in 20 different hiltons this is by far far the worst ever.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Went to see the Blackpool Lights and choose to stay at the HYilton Hotel. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was a sea front room, well presented and warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. Stayed for breakfast which was inclusive with room charge. Full English buffet breakfast with all the trimmings was exellant, though I found the table lay with the cutlery and crockery very basic and lacked etiquette, disappointing considering it was the Hilton Hotel. What is wrong with a nice cup and saucer??? Otherwise no complaints.

I booked this hotel for a short break with my husband and 2 children age 6 & 13. We stayed in a twin family room and it was spacious and very clean, the only negative I could find was the windows, very dirty!!
Breakfast was excellent plenty of variety and good service.
I normally spend 2 days in Blacpool each year and this is the first time I have used this hotel and would definently recommend this hotel to families, it is within each reach of all attractions.

I stayed here for halloween and it was good value for money.

The food was excellent at both lunch and breakfast, and I got an upgrade to a better room.

The bathroom was quite small, but the view of the sea and blackpool tower from the window more than made up for it.

All in all one of blackpools better hotels.
