Myself and 2 friends stayed here from 18th - 21st august. I booked a triple room belieiving it would either be 3 singles or a single and bunkbeds. Nope it was a double and a single meaning i had to share the double with my friend not exactly convenient.
we were not shown to our room instead told just to keep heading in a direction then turn left up the stairs.
The room was tiny, the wardrobe (3 bits of wood poorly nailed together), the shower screen doors were broken left in place and a shower curtain added inside with the shower head so low it was only suitable for washing a toddler.
The whole place looks like it could do with refurbishing the window in our room had to be propped open with a bit of wood we found lol. and the decor looked like they invited the local nursery to paint it.
Breakfast was poor and hardly what i would class as "continental". cheap cereal and toast is what we got. After realising this the 2nd day we headed up the road to the weatherspoons and got a full english for £4.60.
I was also not impressed with the fact my bed sheets were never changed in the 3 days we stayed there.
also found the staff to be rude and uncaring how this place is fully booked is beyond me.

I would say the only highlights were it was cheap and in a good location but that is it certainly wont be staying here again thats for sure.

Room Tip: Don't stay here is my tip

Me and My friend went to blackpool for a few nights and booked the royal vincent for 2 nights. It cost us 60 pound for 2 nights for both of us which was really cheap. Just before be went we were reading the reviews and afterwards were a bit sceptical about staying. we went anyway as we were only really using the hotel to sleep in. We got there a couple of hours before check in but the staff were really friendly and let us keep our bags there whilst we went out. we came back to check in and we were showed to our room. went went in expecting the worse after the reviews and were surprised how clean the room was. we went into the shower room and it was clean, the beds were clean and satisfactory. The only main things that could be inproved was that the tv was old and didn't work and the beds were on wheels so they moved places in the night. Overall we were quite satisfied with the room. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we didnt eat there but we had a few drinks at the bar and a right laugh at the barman. It was in a great location just opposite the coral island arcade and casino. Overall we had a good stay and would stay there again. If you want a B&B with a tv and all the trimmings i wouldnt reccomend but if you want a B&B for a reasonable price and a clean bed for the night then i would stay.

Room Tip: wouldnt stay in room 19 unless you want your bed to travel in the night

Please, for the love of god, or whatever deity you worship, do not book this hotel. To call it a hovel would be doing a disservice to hovels everywhere. Dark, dank and musty, it looks like it has been decorated by a hyperactive six year old with a paint roller in each hand. And that's just the reception. The room I was allocated was a mess. Supposedly a double room, but with no space for a cat to swing a mouse. To access the wardrobe, you had to stand on the bed. Actually, wardrobe isn't the correct word for it. It was clearly just three bits of chipboard hastily knocked together. It used to be four parts, one was missing, but the screws and nails that once held it in place were still there, jutting out all pointy and sharp, ready to impale an unsuspecting guest. The windows were rotten and wouldn't close properly, and the view from them was like looking back in time to a 1900's slum. The walls looked like they had been plastered by a blind drunk, and they were also paper thin. I can confirm this as I was subjected to every groan, moan and squelch of the couple in the adjacent room as they practiced, for what I can only guess, was some sort of sex Olympics. The main feature of the room was the tiny portable TV with VCR, just in case you still live in 1987. The broken tiles and black mould in the en-suite topped everything off nicely. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. If you're planing on visiting Blackpool in the future, there are hundreds of way better hotels to give your money to. Just avoid this one. Please.

Hotel was dated.. Smelled like a WMC.. Tiles in bathroom were broken and poorly hidden with a bath towel.. We were told that breakfast was included when booking only to find out that it was only toast and cornflakes.. Full breakfast would be £3 extra pp.. So we ate out.. Barperson was rude.. My husband ordered a pint of Carling which was cloudy & smelled off, he took it back only to be told that, "its meant to look like that..! If you dont like it dont drink it!" I have lived and worked in the pub industry for over 10 years so I know that the pint was not meant to look and smell that way!! The beer lines need cleaning! Only good point waa that the bed was comfy although we had no sleep aa the downpipe to othee toilets was past our window.. And gutter was dripping even though there has been no rain!! Will not be staying here again!!
