Rooms where tidy and clean but small and very old fashioned, rooms looked nothing like the pictures online.. had a terrible experience from the first morning we woke up in this hotel Firstly, we was next door to guests who were fighting at half 6 in the morning resulting in being kept awake for the rest of the morning.. then the second night people were running in and out of hotel banging doors screaming and entering other peoples rooms at half 2 in the morning resulting in waking everyone up. Then this same morning at half 5 a boy and girl were screaming to each other all around the hotel for at least 2 hours before the hotel owners insisted on them leaving.. This resulted in us being very tired and not enjoying our experience and we decided to leave a day earlier than was expecting to due to not willing to being woke up at any time by selfish people !!!!!!!!! I am not happy about my experience at all and wont be staying here again !!

Room Tip: Very quiet road

We stayed here with our 10yr old son in the triple room, all I can say is glad he sleeps through everything! Upon arrival we didn't really pay much attention as we simply put our bags in the room and headed out. Got back about 10pm and went to bed. The mattress could do with replacing as it was way to soft and you could feel the springs as you lay there. The bed linen was clean though. I was woken up really early (by someone arguing and fighting) so tried to have a shower but there was no hot water in our room. Ended up using the shared shower :-( which was not the best, but warm. This was before 7am so by the time my partner got up the shower in our room was warm so perhaps the water didn't come on early enough. We found Dirty tights in the room obviously from the previous guests. Cheap coffee in the rooms. Tv freeview box covered in dust, tv signal rubbish, someone had been smoking somewhere in the hotel and it wasn't pleasant (I'm a smoker myself but don't smoke in my own house so wouldn't in someone elses). I must admit, I lay in bed feeling like I was being eaten alive, but my partner wasn't. I just could not wait to leave. Didn't hang around for breakfast...... As felt dirty. Too be fair, the place would be loads better if they refurbished the whole place and started charging more per night. Might make certain types of people book elsewhere because that's what let this place down more.

we stayed at the florida in a triple room on the weekend. On arrival we got a carpark right in front of the hotel which Was great! We was shown to are triple room when we got up there it was freezing but we had seen this in the review so was not surprised the room was tiny but clean except the un used condom Behind the dresser. the beds were clean and the bathroom was a good size! But 3 girls trying to get ready in a tiny room was abit of a struggle lol.the owners seemed nice but was a bit shocked to be told that the landlady wasn't Doing breakfast (which we paid for) till 10 as she fancied a lie in! But wasn't really bothered. Wen we got back after a night out we was woken up about 6 times by someone trying to get in to are room which we soon sorted out by are self's! But after coming to the conclusion you get what u pay for we would stay here again and £42.50 for 3 people is a bargain in my eyes.

We recently stayed in the florida hotel blackpool and found that both Stewart and leah were friendly hoasts and made our stay most enjoyable we also found this hotel gr8 value for money even though the couple have just recently taken over this establishment as anyone knows it is hard work both being friendly and attentive as well as keeping the guests happy along with cleaning, cooking etc! to name a few so well done to you both as no matter what you made us welcome in your hotel and nothing what so ever was a problem for yous so good luck on this new adventure we know you will succeed also as far as the room we stayed in it was clean and tidy with no sign of mould anywhere as has been written by others all I can say I don't know what they mistook for mould as we seen none.

Room Tip: like anywhere else no matter what part of the country you go to you only get what you pay for and as...
