What a fantastic guest-house, if the truth be known it's far closer to a boutique hotel, boasting exceptional standards throughout and a very welcoming host. If you are looking for accommodation in Blackpool you will not be disappointed with The Redstone.

Room Tip: My room was fantastic, from what I understand all of the rooms are of a similar standard, the superi...

I have never written a review before but the experience we had staying here for a long weekend has inspired me to share my joy! I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels both in the UK and abroad on business and leisure and I have to say that this is the nicest place I can recall staying in. The place was immaculately clean (and I am really picky) we stayed in 2 different rooms as I was struggling with the stairs due to injury, both rooms were very tastefully decorated, the shower rooms were both spotless and the beds were lovely and comfortable, with feather pillows and duvets (non feather bedding was also available for those with allergies) it was a home away from home. The breakfasts were amazing, the full english was lovely and really good quality (I rarely eat full breakfasts while I am away as can't bear cheap sausages!) for a lighter start to the day the smoked salmon soufflé omelette is to die for, fluffy light and beautifully presented, the french toast with bacon and maple syrup (my fiancé assures me) is also delicious, there was lots of lovely fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal and pastries available as well, so something for everyone. I can't recommend this place highly enough, the girls are lovely and really helpful, take their advice on the restaurant recommendations, we had a proper gourmet trip, not something I expected in Blackpool!! The place was so good that over breakfast chatting with another guest we laughingly suggested not posting reviews in case we wouldn't be able to get in next time we came to visit! Well done to all at The Redstone, you have created a little haven in Blackpool and we will definitely be back.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel I have stayed in. The accommodation was first class, the customer service was exceptional and the breakfasts were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a top class service!
Ursula runs it with her friendly daughter Jasmine - who are incredible! A great experience overall! A little gem! WOW! WOW!

Had 2 super nights in Blackpool made all the better by all at The Redstone. The service was top class from a cup of tea on arrival through to departing. The bedrooms are clean and spacious and the breakfasts were different class. Shouldn't be writing this really as we might struggle to book in the future

We stayed here for one night on a stopover as I'd never been to Blackpool before. We chose The Redstone as it was central to the pleasure beach and the tower, ballrooms and the town, with a tram stop at the end of the road both are easily accessible. We had a very warm welcome from the owner, she took her time to show us around and explain where everything was. She took our breakfast order so to make sure she had everything we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was facing the street and was very large and beautifully decorated, everything has been so nicely done to a high standard. We had a very comfy bed, and a large flat screen tv with extra channels. Lovely toiletries which were very good quality and smelt good. We went in to town to see the sights and when we returned we had a drink from the downstairs bar, which was very nicely done out too, Drinks were also fairly priced. They recommended a place to eat in town, which we were glad of after seeing the sights of Blackpool! We had a good nights sleep and went down for a gorgeous bacon sandwich and a full cooked brekkie, both were to a high standard and the best we'd had after 4 previous days in other good hotels. Our landlady was amazing so wecolming along with her daughter. This is a fantastic place to stay and excellent value, you won't be sorry to choose the Redstone.

Thank you for taking the time to write the review.
All your words are very nice ( especially the bit about the 'best' landlady:)
It was lovely to have met you both and hopefully we will see you again.
