We stayed in August when it was very busy in Blackpool. Is was located on a side street just off the promenade and had free parking out front which really appealed to us as everywhere we tried to park was charging. It was £60 for the family room in the attic, which was a bargain as it included breakfast. The couple were really lovely and the breakfast was good With plenty of food. The only problem we had is that the mattress was in desperate need of changing as you could feel all the springs which didn't make for a very restful nights sleep. Overall though I would recommend this hotel purely because of the value for money and the good location with free parking.

This was our first time at Blackpool with our 3 children. The room was an excellent size for our family (2 adults and 3 children). All the children got a bed which they loved. The couple who run the hotel was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and good value for money which included breakfast. Will definitely come back next year. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This was our third short holiday in Blackpool, and our third stay in this hotel. The Hotel is family run and only caters for couples and families. It does not allow stag and hen parties, so there is no noisy, drunken behaviour in the hotel. The couple who run the hotel are very warm, friendly and helpful, and, as a result of this, the hotel has a nice homely, friendly, relaxed feel to it. The room in the hotel was reasonably priced. The double bedded room we stayed was small but was clean and tidy. It was well decorated and had a homely feel to it, unlike some of the sterile looking rooms in the travel-lodge type hotels. The room had an ensuite shower and toilet, Tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and digi-box. My only criticism with the room is that it did not have much storage space and would have benefited from having a small wardrobe. Breakfast was included in the cost of our room, which we ate in a nicely decorated dining room. The owners had also started the option of an evening meal as well. The breakfast was lovely, and you could choose what you wanted for breakfast. We could not comment on the quality of the evening meals as we did not have any.

There was some car parking directly outside of the hotel, which the owners did not charge for.

The hotel is not directly on the promenade, and, as a result the area where the hotel is situated is much quieter on a day time and night time than some other places. It is tucked away on the side street but is only 3-5 minutes away from the promenade and as a result is near to shops, bus and tram services.

Booked a room on the spot after our hotel we booked was a proper dive! Friendly service from the start. Made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were good. Only problem we had was the toilet was noisey after you flushed it. Apart from that our stay was lovely. Bed was really compfatable shower was powerful bit on small side but still good enough. Overall 9.5/10 and great value for money. Also happily chilled my beers in his fridge :-) defo must stay if visting the seafront

Lovely welcome by Mick & Sara who were also REALLY good with our 4 young children. The breakfast was great and u can choose what u wanted and we stayed in a family room which was big enough for the 6 of us. Will be staying again in a few months 4 the illuminations and next year as well as it is a GOOD B&B at a GOOD price. Thank you Both
