We have always ventured to the Auctioneer Wetherspoon pub, when visiting Blackpool, of the 3 wetherspoons pubs in Blackpool, we find it the best.
The pub always has had a decent amount of real ales on offer when we have called in this watering hole, plus it is cheaper than the other 2 pubs on offer.
We visited Blackpool on the 9th March 2014 for a 6 day holiday break, so did venture to the auctioneer quiet frequently, with me being a real ale drinker, I like to try different Wetherspoons public houses.
One of the best real ale's I had was the Durdle Door coming in at over 5%, a nice drink to the pallet, at a low cost of £1.85p a pint.
The Auctioneer is a good size pub , but like most of Wetherspoons pubs the toilets are upstairs, but there is a disabled toilet downstairs, be it over the years I have took notice the local regulars of the pub have a disabled toilet key, be it I have have trouble with my knees I have got a key for the disabled toilets, which I bought from my local council travel centre at home for £4, so a gods send with any Wetherspoons pubs.
We have eaten in the auctioneer on different occasions & always found the food good, plus a good friendly bar staff, a key to any public house, they have a nice big fireplace in the pub, a nice feature on a cold night, with large settees around it.
Has said the best wetherspoons pub in Blackpool. !
