Warm welcome despite arriving before official check-in time. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin and his team. Property is ideally located near to trams, North Pier, the Tower, Winter Gardens etc. Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It has been some time since we have stayed in bed and breakfast accommodation but Pelham Lodge was significantly better than many hotels we have encountered and I have no hesitation in recommending it. We shall certainly be using it again if we come for future dancing weekends. The slight reduction on the marking for sleep quality is, perhaps, a little unfair because it in no way reflects on Pelham Lodge itself but there was some noise from the street on occasions - however, I am a light sleeper and it is, after all, Blackpool!!!

Stayed 3 nights at Pelham Lodge, well! - it really exceeded my expectations. Wonderful is an understatement. Starting with the staff they were genuinely friendly, welcoming and warm. I felt at home from the get go.
The food was on a par with a five star hotel in Dubai. Great variety and beautifully cooked. Service was par excellence.
I was very happy and pleased with my room. It was warm and comfortable.
I would like to thank the hosts Martin and George who made my stay very memorable.
just one big drawback, my stay alas came to an end--- but I'll be back & back & back.

Stayed here for 1 night to see the illuminations. We arrived early and asked if we could park in their rear car park. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. They allowed us to park and then eat our packed lunch in their lounge, even making us a pot of tea & biscuits. We were given a discount card for local businesses and advised that we could go to our room despite being early. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a family room which comprised of a double and twin beds. We found everything we needed in the room and the en suite bathroom was clean. We had a quiet and undisturbed sleep and the room was warm. We were promptly greeted at breakfast which is served between 9-10am which is ideal. There was a very good selection on the breakfast menu from omelettes, fruit, yogurt to a full english or cereal & toast with preserves. We asked for more toast which was promptly brought to our table. There was plenty of tea/coffee and nothing was too much trouble. We finished breakfast with the owner making balloon animals for our children! We would stay here again as the location was ideal (5mins from the promenade).

I am a regular enjoyer of the delights and fun of Blackpool.
Surprise surprise, Pelham Lodge delivers everything that
it claims and more. My bedroom was spotless and the bed very
comfortable. Pelham Lodge is in an almost perfect central position
close to everything. Food was first class and George and Martin could
not do more to make my stay a real holiday. That I instantly rebooked
as did many of the other guests, says it all.

We've just spent 2 nights at Pelham Lodge, Blackpool and it was really great fun...The hosts Martin & George are so welcoming, the room comfortable and beautifully appointed and the breakfasts good.
While there we met some of their 'celebrity' friends who were there for an 80th birthday party and to coin an 'Irish' phrase, "the crack was great".....
What more can I say - we will absolutely return to Pelham Lodge the next time we visit Blackpool.

Our second visit to this very nice Bed and Breakfast to celebrate our wedding anniversary and see the lights. We arrived early, our room was not ready however the kind gentleman on reception took our bag and said he would put it into our room. Very friendly welcoming staff once again. Later we checked in and were presented with a discount card for the local restaurants. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was so comfy, I felt as though I was sleeping on a cloud, and had a very good nights sleep! Highly recommended, and very close to all attractions and the train station. Breakfast was delicious. Will be visiting again! Thank you Pelham Lodge

Room Tip: All rooms are decorated to a high standard. Room 5 double room was a little more spacious, and had a...

We arrived early, before the booking in time, but it was not a problem. we were made very welcome. The room was very clean and comfy and the décor was very nice. The English breakfast was delicious, the fried bread ( which I don't normally eat ) was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
