After leaving another hotel after one night out three we booked because the hotel was so poor and double the money, we went here, I wish we had booked this one for our stay.
You know the old saying, you get what you pay for, well you get that and more.
It was clean, friendly quite even though it is next to pleasure beach. We had the small double and a twin, not Hugh rooms but they are only for sleeping.
We are thinking of returning to Blackpool next year for a weekend and will defiantly be staying here.
Highly recommended.

My moms just got to this hotel and her room was filthy and they refused to changed the bedding and their attitude towards her and the other three guest was disgusting, they just made a remark saying what do you want us to do about it? she had paid for that room a while back and has had go and seek another hotel, so she has paid £290 for a room in this hotel shes not staying in now because they refused to put clean bedding and clean the room how awful is that to treat a lady in her sixties like that, they are disgusting and the photos they have put on here are misleading

I stayed at this hotel for one night on Thursday the 2nd of August whilst in Blackpool for a family night away. I must admitt, i was pleasantly surprised by both the high service received and the pleasant decor of the room. I had booked a family room at £55.00 for my myself, my husband and our 9 year old son. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean (the only downside of the room was our view to the back of the building). There were fresh towels on each of our beds and the room was spacious enough for our needs. The bathroom and shower area was also clean and well kept. The staff were friendly when we had some drinks in their kids games room later that evening. All in all, an enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again :-)

Room Tip: Room 11 is a good family room - though no view at all which was the only thing letting it down

After reading some of the reviews about this hotel I was very sceptical about staying here. But after actually staying at this hotel I was very surprised!
Me and my Boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights and really wished we had stayed longer it was that nice! The service and friendliness of the staff was unreal! They were very pleasant and lovely to get along with! The food was delicious! Well worth the money! Our room was great for us, very clean, warm and tidy! wasn't bothered about the view as we never asked for the sea view, the beds were comfortable too! The en-suit was great! also very clean!
Everything was very well presented in the hotel. Very Modern from the exterior and interior.
Overall I certainly think our stay was work every penny! I would definitely recommend it - Also liked how it was out the way of the central of Blackpool missing out trouble. Didn't mind the walk either also handy as there is the tram and bus stop just out the front!

Room Tip: Out the way of the trouble of people coming out of the pubs in the central of Blackpool. Quite Peace...

Booked a double room for my teenage daughter and I, because it was close to the pleasure beach and looked gorgeous in the online photos. However, I couldn't wait to leave the next morning. Upon inspection of the room I found stained sheets, walls, broken mirrors, battered furniture, and a disgusting window ledge. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in a towel provided by the hotel which stunk of dampness. Woke up endless times through the night due to the sound of young adolescents running up and down the corridor and a party in the next room, the paper thin walls didn't help the situation. Breakfast selection was very few and far between, and the tables were dirty. Left the hotel feeling very tired, hungry and out of pocket for an awful experience.

On arrival the staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our car there and told us check in was any time after 2. We walked to the tower and other places and went back to the hotel to check in at 2 pm and were told it was not ready and had to sit and wait half an hour- no complimentary drink was offered! When we finally got our key the corridors smelt damp and the room smelt funny. Around the window there was damp and a sagging lintel- holding the roof up! The floor boards were extremely creeky and we could hear everything from next door! The shower was dirty and slimy. There was no where accessible to sit and look in a mirror to do hair and make up. The springs of the mattress were poking through. Breakfast cost £4.45 each and is not worth it, it was disgusting- no fresh juice! Orang dilute only. one sausage, beans, one hash brown, one egg, mushrooms and fried peppers???? Served with 2 slices of cold toast?! There was no option for more. I could not eat mine- the egg tasted off and the peppers flavoured the beans! we checked out at 11am as requested and we had to move our car off site, and pay to park our car somewhere else for the day! I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again, I would pay more to stay somewhere better.

Room Tip: Do not stay here!! Pay more for somewhere better!
