Me and a friend wanted a few nights in Blackpool. The staff didn't seem to speak much English and couldn't seem to think of places for us to eat since they only served food on a Saturday night apparently. Good job the taxi drivers were nice enough to take us to some nice places to eat! Rooms were tiny but it is expected in Blackpool. Had a decent sleep although we didn't want to stay in the hotel for long periods of time as the bar area did not have a particularly nice vibe. But it was cheap and was a place to come back to for a sleep and shower. Very close to the Pleasure Beach

Payed £90 for 3 nights stay, on arrival staff were not really helpful and were snotty! Room was so tiny like a box room and was far to hot even with the windows open! All staff were rude only one member of staff took time to actually speak to us and hold a conversation! It says that its a 'restaurant' yet on the first night we went down and asked if they were still serving food they said 'we don't serve food this time of year' what is that about! ? For breakfast they charge £2.50 for some cereal (cornflakes) which are the tiny box' for kids!!! Reception shuts at around 6.30pm and nobody is around after! The bar is okay but we didnt want to sit there as the atmosphere from staff was horrible! Overall we definitely WILL NOT be staying here again was not worth the money at all was not impressed! You would think they would do anything they could to keep their guests happy but no they couldnt care less!

Have just returned from a weekend in blackpool, stayed in this hotel and what a run down establishment that needs a good clean. Bed sheets had stains, duvet had severe staining on it and the bed was about 4 feet. Bathroom tiles in the shower where full of mould and some cracked and loose on the walls. Toilet seat moved every time you sad down to do the toilet. Sink had mould round the rim that had been there for for months. Being a zero cropped man i found a 8 inch hair on the toilet floor also. The bed sheets had rust stains and the duvet had severe staining to it that was covered up by a cheap duvet cover on a 4 foot bed. This hotel is the pits,we got no clean towels at all for out 3 night stay and room was not even tidied up our whole stay there. I dont mind dated decor but cleanliness and warms are basic things we expect from hotels. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone,no even workie to stay in. FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY.

Room Tip: Do not stay here at your peril, filthy bedrooms and bathrooms.

Me and my partner were very skeptical about coming here after reading all the mixed reviews, but £25 a night with free parking.. Why not?!
When checking in we wasn't fussed about having a sea view or whatever so we had the back (the cheaper option obvs)
The bar was clean and the staff was friendly and made basic convo.
We were then given our room keys, as we were walking to our rooms it was very stuffy and smelt abit funny, the corridors were very narrow.
Once in our rooms we settled in and went straight back out to make the most of our time in Blackpool, the rooms were small and bathroom was abnormally tiny, definitely not suitable for someone who's plus-size. I'm small and I struggled to move around.
The decor was up to date (modern)
Only downfall was the hangers, ones what you get from shops as in m&s, primark etc. they kept snapping as they were not suitable to
Hang up our clothes.
The room was stuffy during the night so we had to open the window very wide and our door kept banging.

Overall I would probably come back again for a quick cheap hotel.
(Also not many facilities, bring your own hair dryers, shampoo,
Shower gel)

I first visited this hotel in august with three of my friends. Room was lovely, clean, quiet, free parking-brilliant. I then came back a few weeks later with my boyfriend and children, what a mistake! The childrens bunk beds squeaked at every movement, I woke up every hour to people talking and shouting outside our room. Shower was mouldy, bathroom was disgusting. Appart from the free parking there was no other positive about this hotel!
