Visited the Elgin Hotel The weekend of the 10th May, It was a Rock and Roll week end People always think Blackpool is a no go, This Hotel has everything, Food very good, Hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpfull, entertaintment very good, Hotel on the promanade, Visited twice last year, been once this year hope to go again, at least twice again this year, they cater for invalids as well. cannot wait to go again thankyou the Elgin Blackpool, Jean and George Hinchcliffe.More
Just back from the 1949s revival weekend at the elgin, 11 of us were all made welcome by all the team , excellent food & service , nothing to much trouble,
As we dressed in 1940s fancy dress ,we became the cabaret in stans bar, a big thanku to the compare ( sorry forgot name) and the lovly chelsea in the bar,
We will definatly return to this fantastic hotel ,

We have just returned from a weekend stay at The Elgin . Children and adults were all made to feel extremely welcome by Nigel and his staff. Our room was very tastefully decorated and had all the home comforts that we needed and was very clean and tidy. Apart from the weather we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would have no problem recommending it.
Many thanks for your kind words – we’re strong believers in making guests feel at home aas soon as they arrive. You’ll be pleased to know that the weather is now behaving itself and Blackpool is basking in glorious sunshine! Great to see you all from Henley FC.

I have just come back from the Elgin for the super saver and it was great because it was all inclusive.I brought a group of 23 pensioners to the hotel some had never been her before but because they enjoyed it so much they have asked me to book for Turkey and Tinsel in November which i have with Beth.No single person could find fault with it even better when they won bingo. Nothing is too much bother for them 1 of my group is the carer for her mum who was in a disabled room but they were at the other end of hotel but as soon as they saw Amanda they were changed to a room a few doors down you cant get any better treatment than that.Once again thanks very much.

Have returned from elgin hotel it is the best hotel I have stayed in blackpool and I have stayed in some of the 4 star ones and this hotel was much better we had a club room and it was lovely so clean we had a problem with shower in 1st room and got moved straight away . Nothing was a problem for the sgaff in this hotel. The food was excellent and also the entertainment we will definitely be returning to this hotel and I would highly recommend you try it you will not be disappointed.
