Stayed here as a family and it's was to a very good standard, it was ideally located for a visit to blackpool. The only minor point was that it was too busy for the amount of staff and size of the reception. Also great to get discount tickets to the pleasure beach and use the hotel park entrance to save waiting.

I very often eat at this excellent hotel and can recommend it both for lunch from an informal menu or for an excellent dinner where the choices are varied with something to suit everyone. The standard of the food, presentation and the service is the best of any hotel in Blackpool.

We go down every year , with our 15 year old and we all love this hotel .. It's really clean and it's pricey but you pay for what you get and we wouldn't stay anywhere other than here . Great location , comfy beds , and breakfast is fab !!

Stayed here in August booked a delux double and on.arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite and it was lovely. We were also given free passes to the pleasure beach.staff were very helpful. Brekfast was also fantastic quality. Only negative is that it's a little bit out of the centre of Blackpool. It'd be best if it were the other side of the pleasure beach but that said it has to be there because of the space for parking etc. I would defiantly go back wish we stayed longer

Brilliant family hotel...great facilities maintained to a very high standard. And great staff too...especially Emma Brough who gave my son a yogurt one lunchtime at no extra charge... The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Great variety, great quality and plenty of it. But the best bit is probably the fact that you can buy wristbands for the pleasure beach at hotel reception. Also, you have your own private entrance and so can skip all the queues...superb...

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back facing the pleasure beach. During the day the rollercoasters run past about 20ft away...kids will love it...
