a warm welcome from chris and tricia the owners, they were very friendly and really looked after us well, my 2 girls thought they were great. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and the accommodation exactly as described, a very clean and comfortable room, we will definately stay here again next year and would recommend to anyone planning a stay in blackpool.

Just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as my Grandaughter was in a dance competition at the Norbeck hotel, and I must say it was just perfect in every possible way, we were a party of 7.
4adults 3 teenager's, the rooms were lovely the breakfast was a delight and the owner's and the staff were so helpfull,
Will go back again, stayed at the Norbeck once and that was enough never ever again.
So for all those dancer mum's give this 4star hotel ago and you will like our party never stay at the other hotel I mentioned again,

Four people stayed in this hotel from my company, including me, and it was a great choice. Half of the team had been to the htoel two eyars previously and it didn';t disappoint us on the return. Chris and Tricia were both very welcoming and accomodating for our early starts. The rooms were all lovely and the breakfasts really set us up for our busy days. We will be returning to Blackpool again on business and no questions asked, will be staying here again.

When we stepped into our room, our first reaction was WOW!!! Spacious, sunny, beautifully furnished, lovely bed and bedding and immaculate en suite. The added extras - biscuits, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, toiletries, gowns, fruit, mini fridge, hair dryer etc etc.
The breakfast is exceptional and cooked to order - yum.
Well situated for trams or 15 min walk to tower.
Booked again for next year already

Me and Emma have stayed here twice this August 2011. Both times we have been welcomed with open arms. The first thing that caught our eyes is how clean it was, spotless is the word. Both Trish and Chris make you feel at home and told us everything we need to know about our stay and the area. The room was amazingly clean and the bed was so comfy. The service was amazing, breakfast was to die for. Freshly cooker full English breakfast was delicious! I would never go to any other bed and breakfast when staying in Blackpool. Anything we needed trish just said come and ask. We arrived the first time as visitors and left as good friends. Thank you trish and Chris for two loverly stays and we will both seeing you very soon in October.

Room Tip: Amazing place to stay!

We were welcomed as visitors by Trish and Chris but felt we left as friends. Stayed with my 81 year old dad who was made to feel really welcomed. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The breakfast is cooked to order, which makes it better than some 4 and star Hotels where the food is left in a Ban Marie keeping warm.
I would really recommend this Hotel.
