Myself, partner lee, sister laura and 7month old baby archie have just returned from a mid week break stay at the newlands hotels for the illuminations.
Upon our early arrival, we was happy to find that our room was already for us. We had a warm welcome from both phil and heather from us stepping into the hotel until it was time to leave. The hotel and rooms are very clean and tidy.
Our table was always set out ready for us at breastfast including a booster seat and cutlery for our little boy, whom was always made a fuss of, not just by heather and phil but also by other guests whom have regularly stayed here over the last 10 years. The fact the this hotel does not have loads of rooms, makes it more a home from home type of break and you feel more like family than guests. The hotel is in an ideal situation, just minutes from the prom, central pier and town center but also in a very quiet area.
There is a very good choice of drinks and bar meals at reasonable prices availible which we made use of as we did not want to be walking around to find somewhere to eat on an evening.
We enjoyed ourselves very much and have met some great people whilst staying here and look forward to returning for next years illumnations.
