An absolute gem! Loved the Brincliffe - the staff are welcoming and very friendly. We felt 'at home' the moment we stepped through the door. Our room was beautiful -very clean and all mod cons! Breakfast was by far the best we have had in many a long time. One thing for sure, The Brincliffe will be our base when we next visit Blackpool!

Spotlessly clean, super friendly and helpful staff, free parking, nice room.

It's about a 20 minute walk from the town centre, and right on the top of the cliffs in a quiet area, there's a tram stop there for those who have difficulty with medical issues such as myself

Can't think of a negative

I recently stayed here one night on a weekend trip to Blackpool, we arrived early (2/3 hours before check in) to a very warm and friendly welcome where we were helped with luggage to an early entry into our room. Our room was immaculate, beautifully presented with decorative folded towels. The bed was soo comfortable and the bath room was fantastic; clean and tidy. They were not strict with a curfew time which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Breakfast was satisfying although we came down a little late so didn't really try enough to comment on.
The only very minor issue we had was the bathroom, it had no shower head but had the shower head holder so instead we had no option but to use the bath facility instead.

All in all the whole b&b was a wonderful place. Normally I would choose a hotel to stay in but our stay here has changed my outlook on this. We were looking for a nice friendly place to stay for the night and staying here we definitely received that and more! I would 100% recommend and would stay again, it is a credit to its owners.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was very clean, we had a great sea view. The location is great we had a lovely stroll into the centre of Blackpool it took us just over half an hour, however the bus and tram stop is directly outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and breakfast was great and very filling. Would recommend to friends.

Have to say the customer service was excellent - breakfast is 9am onwards, but when I mentioned that I'd hoped to be out for 8-8:30ish, they not only arranged for the chef to do me an early breakfast.
And he actually came to give a wake-up tap on the door at 8:03 when I wasn't down yet.
Single room was small but adequate and very clean, mine had a good sea view.
And I was shown the room before deciding to stay - not everywhere will do this.
Prices very reasonable, parking was off-street, and there is a tram stop just over the road.
Will definitely use the Brincliffe again.
