We enjoyed our stay at the cliffs. The only complaint that we have is that you don't get tea or coffee with your evening meal, the cliffs is the only hotel that we have stayed in that charges you for tea or coffee

We stayed for one night, we booked online and paid £90 for a sea view room. Lovely view - sat watching the sun go down over a blustery sea whilst sipping a glass of wine :) The room was very clean and cosy. It was quite small but enough room for us. Hotel is like a blast from the past - stuck in the 80s decor and music... but very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment would be enjoyed by your grandmother... but we just caught the tail end of it and quite enjoyed singing along to wedding songs in the bar! Tram stop right outside the door. Plenty of car-parking on the streets near by - not much room in the car-park. Swimming pool looked nice. Lovely sea walks - really nice stay - would recommend.

As regular visitors to the Cliffsat Blackpool we were pleasantly surprised that quite a few of the rooms have had a makeover since our last visit.Food as always is very good and the service in the restaurant excellent If one fault could be levelled it is in the bar lounge
where the 'price of a pint'continous to niggle£3.00 for cask is O.K. but this definately is not cask!! Overall though a very good value break as always

Room Tip: Have a word with the manager or reception

We stayed here the easter bank holiday weekend for 2 nights. All i can say really is it is OK, it's neither brilliant or horrendous. The food and facilities were average the entertainment was pretty good. There is one complaint i have and it did ruin our stay and it was the location of the room. We booked 2 adults and 1 four year old and were put into 153. the room itself was small but we were not planning to spend much time there so we made the most of it. The problem started when we came to go to bed(11pm) the music was so loud the bed was vibrating. This went on until 12:30 and with a 4 year old that is not acceptable and according to the lovely lady on reception it's not the first complaint about that room. But i have to say when we complained the next morning we were moved and that room was lovely but it has put me off staying again.

My wife and i stayed for a long weekend at the end off april, booking in was quick and friendly the room was clean and bright although a little small. Meals were excellent and service was of a very high standard, Entertainment was first class all acts were of good quality the only complaint i had for the whole weekend was the location of this hotel which is nearer fleetwood than the pleasure beach, this is easily solved by a bus stop right outside the hotel and also a taxi rank. All in all i would have no regrets about returning to this hotel.

My stay at The Cliffs hotel was a pleasurable one. The welcoming from the hotel was warming however the lobby I felt was too small for the amount of people there, however the receptionists were very helpful and polite.
When I first saw my room I have to admit, I was quite dissapointed. The room was average, a little dated in my opinion. The thing that most surprised me was the size of the bathroom, If you are quite small like me it was okay to maneuver around in but if there was someone larger in size they would have great difficulty getting through the door, as there is a tiny gap you have to squeeze through in order to get out.
The most impressive thing I have to say is the food. The food was simply delicious, I enjoyed all my meals and went away satisfied. The dining hall in which I ate my food in was a little cramped. The tables were too close together and were obstructing any people from getting past. My overall stay was a very good one, I would stay again but definalty not in the same room.
