enjoyed a four day break at the cliffs and was well pleased . the room was clean and comfortable.the food very good, the buffet bar in the evening was exellent . as it was winter we looked forward to the entertainment(having been to the viking on a previous visit) it was great if you love BINGO , unfortunely we don`t so we can only give that part 3-stars. the pool was very good

We stayed for a Friday night out of season so the hotel was reasonably quiet. Our room was a bit outdated but spotlessly clean. The new dining experience was excellent with good high quality food. The entertainment was very good and not a bingo card insight. We didn't use the pool but it looked very good and there were plenty who did use it. Will return.

My husband and I have just returned from midweek break in the Cliffs Hotel. This hotel is fantastic, cannot fault the service or cleanliness, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The bars are reasonably priced, comfortable and welcoming. We used the pool every day, clean and well looked after with free towels for residents. I've stayed in many 4 star hotels that are not as well managed or as good as the Cliffs. Food is amazing with loads of choice. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the lighting in the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, the florescent lights are a bit harsh, however this may be a work in progress as the first floor has been upgraded. Will definitely be back thanks Cliffs for a great holiday

I have been to the cliffs for the first time this weekend,my sister stays here quite often so I said we would join her and her husband,it was very reasonably priced for bed breakfast and evening meal, the room was on the front and had lovely sea views, food was first class and plenty of it,staff were very friendly and helpful all in all a lovely hotel for the price,so well done everybody .

The only downside for me was the hotel was very hot,but better this than cold

Room Tip: Ask for a seaview
