Just came back from a third group stay at the Ramsay, as usual everyone had a great time, food, service, rooms and location, all superb, ideal place to stay in Blackpool, looking forward to returning.

Having booked in at Norbreck Hotel, we had to walk out, it was absolutley filthy, staff rude and ignorant. Nowhere to stay, came across The Ramsey Hotel, welcoming, very friendly fantastic hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated, nice and friendly, only had full english breakfast which was the best in Blackpool, not swimming in grease. We would most definately stay again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night on 28th September.
When we arrived we found the car park full, but this wasn't a problem as there is a quiet side street next to the hotel with planty of room. The Hotel is quite far away from the centre. We checked in and went straight to our room which was well layed out and clean. There is a bar and sitting room down stairs. The staff were nice enough. The only thing I wasnt too impressed with was the amount of food at breakfast. The quality was good, but Im always personally dissapointed with a ''Full English'' which only consists of 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 egg etc.. little bit stingy. All in all, a nice clean hotel but a little out of the way.

I would recommmend. Enjoy!

Room Tip: Its worth getting a sea view as its only about £3 extra per night.

Me and my boyfriend stopped here last august, just as a place to sleep for 2 days packed of activities. The room was lovely and spacious! everything about the room was perfect for us,

it was fairly quiet when we went, soon as we arrived was able to go straight up to the room.
we never used the bar or communal areas. only the breakfast area. breakfast was good full English was very basic 1 sausage, one bacon etc, when asked for more they brought a plate with one sausage which was a bit disappointing.

I would say the only downside to this hotel is parking. if the hotel is very busy with cars you may find yourself trying to find the other people in the hotel who's car is blocking you in, we had this problem on numerous occasions.

also my partner accidently left his toothbrush behind when we left (£40 toothbrush) and when we rung to ask if they would post it we were told they had thrown it away. (this was the day after we left)

all in all we did enjoy our stay in this hotel, and would defiantly return again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and would not consider staying anywhere else in Blackpool. The staff are very polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The Ramsay is spotlessly clean , the rooms very comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious.
If you are looking for a quiet efficiently run hotel with excellent staff and facilities , then this is the place for you.

Room Tip: the bay windowed sea view rooms are excellent

We have just stayed in The Ramsey Hotel, it was very quiet. Our only reservations are the bar was poorly stocked, no diet coke and the can of coke we did buy was still sitting on the table where we left it 24 hours later. The light didn't come on in the corridor which was scary for my 82 year old mother. It was so dark she could not see the lock on her bedroom door. This may seem petty but the shared toilet on the first floor didn't have a towel in it to dry your hands, this was the same on both of the days we stayed. I think it could be a great hotel. If you are looking for a very quiet hotel then this hotel will suit you. We were also unlucky that our room was very warm so we had the window open during the night, we woke up to find a pigeon in our room!!!!
