Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean! The room was quite nicely done and the beds were quite comfy.
Tea and coffee making facilities were provided along with some tasty bisuits which was a nice touch.
When we asked for more sugar etc it was provided by a smiling lady that I assume was the owner's wife.
The breakfast was served in a lovely spacious dining room and was quite delicious! There were differant cereales and fruit available to serve yourself followed by a large well cooked fried breakfast with toast and a pot of tea or coffee.
When my greedy kids scoffed all the toast, the toast rack was quickly removed and exchanged for a full one.
All in all I cannot fault our stay at The Ramsey Hotel at all and would certainly recommend them to anybody.
Karen Johnson.

This is a very friendly well run hotel. The family that own it cannot do enough for you. It is spotless, warm and cosy. Rooms are ensuite and very comfortable with bottled water and biscuits provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. We paid £30 each a night for bed and breakfast which during the illumination period is very reasonable.

Just back from a 4 night stay at the Ramsay Hotel. We stayed in the bay window, sea view room which was spacious warm and clean. The owners were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and was served with a smile.
There was a bus stop and tram stop just outside the hotel. All in all I would definitely stay at the Ramsay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for five days during the Blackpool lights festival. Our main reason for the visit was to see the Blackpool shows. The owner his Wife & staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Even though they may have been in the hotel trade for less than a year their service far outshone many other hoteliers that we have met over the years. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Bonus points There is a lift to the upper floor, the bus stop is right outside the Hotel (You can use your bus pass on the buses but not on the trams) one last thing You can book your stay at the RAMSEY with 100% confidence.

We booked a premier room with a king size bed and sea view. The room was comfortable and the en-suite was adequate, but it was nothing special. The full English breakfast was excellent and nicely presented.
But the hotel is dreary and dull, there is no sign of life there and it seems very unwelcoming when you first arrive. The rooms need modernising and the hotel needs more heating as we had to go and sit in our car a couple of times in order to get warm. Very disappointed, not what we were expecting!!!
