Staff friendly & have a sense of humour as did the residents.
Rooms were very clean and equipped.
The bar could do with a real ale on the tap (that's me being fussy), though does have Carlsberg on the tap & different spirits which is enough to have a couple before you hit the town.
Breakfast fine & helps to cure a hangover :)

The moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel like we were old friends. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever want.
Had such a great time we're booking our return tomorrow!!!

Best B&B in Blackpool!!!!!! Really missed staying here this year. Graham and Ian are the best hosts, along with Philip and John. Their hospitality is great, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is yumm! If you get a chance, stay here.....you'll NEVER regret it!!!!!

Room Tip: Number 14, a single has just been refurbed and is awesome!!!

Just landed back from great weekend in Blackpool staying at the 4star Raffles BnB - Location is fab just 2 mins from sea life centre and 5 mins to winter gardens - Graham and Ian are perfect hosts and you must meet Philip the barman who is lovely - We stayed in Chinese themed room on top floor and walk up the stairs was well worth it - wish my bed at home was this comfy - room was perfect with en suite flat screen tv and tea n coffee facilities- breakfast full English prepared by Ian was best iv'e ever had and we can't wait to go back - The best BnB in Blackpool by a GOLDEN MILE

Room Tip: We loved the themed Chinese room on top floor - lovely idea to have special themed rooms

This is the second time I have stayed at Raffles and it will certainly not be the last. Ian and Graham the owners cannot do enough for their guests, the rooms are spotless and the food wonderful. Phil the barman is one of life's characters and we shared many a laugh during my stay. I would not hesitate recommending Raffles and look forward to my stay next year - which I have already booked! Keep up the good work guys and thankyou for everything.

I have stayed at the hotel for the last five years and would recommend it to anyone who wants a small hotel in Blackpool with attentive service. keep up the good work boys.

I stay for five nights for work and was struck by the hospitality which is usually lacking from hotels. Another major criteria for me during a stay is a comfy bed - and I slept very well each night and did not wake up with a bad back. Also the breakfast was lovely and the scrambled egg as good as anywhere in the world and not the dreaded buffet of cold food!
