Terrible service, firstly after arriving to find nobody there to let us in, we were left to wait in the cold for someone to come let us in, after finally getting to our FREEZING cold room, I decided to take a shower, only to find that that then set the smoke alarm off, not 1 but 4 times, which resulted in a rude warning telling me to then not get a shower as it was my fault. After getting out of the shower, I realised the coldness in the room was due to the window being wide open, which didn't close. Once we'd gone to bed and tried to sleep an irritating squeeking noise was being made by a sign outside being moved by the wind, this however would now have been a problem had the window been closeable, so after a freezing cold, sleepless night I can safely say I will NOT be returning. I understand that this hotel is cheap and 'you get what you pay for' but the least I expect is an uninterrupted shower and windows that close.

We didn't stay at the hotel but have visted the bar\cabaret a few times and all I can say is that although not the classiest of places its an excellent night out, We were in blackpool to see another show and after arriving at 8pm and booking into out hotel we decided to go out a something to eat and stopped at peek-a-booze for a quick drink on the way, Fatal mistake as we didn't leave until closing, its that sort of place...Not overly busy but with the beer flowing, Cybil and bekka entertaining times just flies, Don't go here unless you have a sense of humour and are open minded, Theres great banter and a welcome for all, but theres no bad behaviour accepted, Top place and beats many fancier places, Mark& Julie

You get what you pay for at end of day???? nothing else said? we stay for 1 night and thank god it was 1 night, and thank god I had have a few vodkas? Our room was on the top floor looks like room not been hoover all year and the place had definatly not seen a duster? best thing was that the beds were new and clean, took at least 5 mins to get the hot water to run out of taps, leaking sink, splash marks up walls, no curtains just blinds so as soon as it was daylight we was wide awake, I didnt book this hotel it, and we wont be going back, but had a good laugh in the bar downsatairs, some pretty strange folk about thats all i can say ha ha ha.

so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at Peek-a-booze and we would like to assure you that all the issues you mentioned have been raised and addressed, as many people are aware Peek-a-Booze has just had new business partners brought into help operate the hotel side of the venue and we are sure that if you were to view our rooms again you would see a marked improvement. There will always be ways to improve on what we have to offer and any comments and suggestions are always taken very seriously.
