Stayed here with my best friend for one night on the 6th July, the manager was very welcoming and our room was very clean...had to share a public toilet but it was next to our room so didn't bother us much. Very good location and very nice manager. Would definitely stay again.

This place is fairly close to the beach so the location is pretty good. The owner kept making sarcastic comments after we had a problem with the booking. Although he did have a room to offer us which he let us have for £40 instead of £45. The room did have a big en suite bathroom but the décor was dated. I'd guess it was last updated in the early 80s. Our double bed had 2 mattresses on it for some reason and neither the kettle nor tv worked yet both were plugged in. Also. Breakfast was offered at an EXTRA charge of £5 per person. We were 15 minutes late in checking out and he knocked on our door 3 times in that time. I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it either.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else

This B&B is run down and needs some modernisation, we were lucky and booked an en suite room, the room was tiny with a small double bed and a single, it had everything we need for the few hours we stayed in it. The en suite bathroom had carpet which was very heavily stained, and seriously needs removing, but the bathroom in general needs full upgrade, but at least we had one. We met other groups who were sharing one and apparently it had been well used by very drunk young men with bad aim.

The owner was very attentive, and always around, and always welcomed you, and the breakfast was nice although this is an extra cost £5,

This b&b was cheap and cheerful, and full of stag do's and groups if your looking for a quiet b&b this is not it at weekend, but for a girly night out it did its job, and was brilliantly located opposite the main carpark and near the pubs.

Good points it location, and the friendly owner

bad points it needs serious updating, but for the price it was cheap and at the end of the day this place is exactly what you pay for, so if you pay this cheap you cant expect the Hilton.

Stayed here with my partner and received a warm and friendly welcome. The room had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Close to town centre and beach. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.
