We were coming to Blackpool just for one night so used Trip Advisor to find somewhere to eat so it's only fair I leave a review.
We love Greek food and it's been far too long since we have had a meze, so we booked beforehand.
When we arrived we were made very welcome by the mother and son, we arrived 30 mins early but no problem - we had a 4 year old with us who typically is only interested in pizza! They were very obliging and made us up a pizza of son's choice and was brought out very quickly so he could start his hour long session to eat! We ordered the £20.00 pp meze and the starters came out quickly - they were lovely, pitta bread, very definitely home made dips tasted so much better than bought in ones, Greek salad, beetroot, haloumi, koftas, dolmades, calamari, hubby ordered whitebeait as an extra, - we had ordered a bottle of rose and again very nice - ended up going through two! We were ready for a break (!)after the starters and asked if we could hang fire a bit on the main, the owners were more than happy, didn't feel rushed at all. When we were ready the mains came quickly, hot and very tasty! Lamb kleftico and moussaka - really were lovely. We then ended up with home made baklava.
All in all was a lovely meal - very traditional and clearly home made. Restaurant itself is quite small so feels cosy and well looked after
Mum and son very welcoming - will definitely be back next visit to Blackpool
