Aunties Coliseum in Blackpool is a must for everyone. From the moment we arrived Neil, Silvia and the team went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Amazing host with fantastic home cooked meal, rooms very clean with a friendly relaxing atmosphere. We will definately be going back. We arrived as quests, left as friends. Thank you so much!

I came to stay with Neil & Sylvia as I wanted to see the Blackpool lights and watch my home team Sheffield Wednesday play away at Bloomfield Rd.The guest house is ideally sited for any football fans being just a short walk from the ground.

I understand Neil & Sylvia have just taken over here in October 2013 so comments based with this in mind.

Extremely friendly service at all times - much bigger venue than I had imagined and would be very suitable for a coach load of visitors. There is a large bar area for relaxing with TV and very good bar. The breakfast / dining area is not only very good for it's purpose but could also be easily used for group meetings.Parking is available & larger than normal rooms - ideal for families.

The only downside is that the accommodation is very slightly off the main road so there will be no passing trade coming across it - so Neil & Sylvia need to look at utilising all other ways of bringing business to their guest house. I wish them well & would very strongly recommend a visit - Blackpool centre only a mile or so away with plenty of buses and trams so no parking costs.

Room Tip: No swimming pool or fitness centre at this present time but plans in place for spa type treatment c...

Thank you, your comments are appreciated. Yes, that is a problem for us, attracting new customers when we are just off the beaten track, no passing custom unless enthusiasts are going to see the old trams. We are also now open throughout the year, so would especially welcome a coach load of football supporters as you suggested, or even performers at the winter gardens. As you pointed out, the bar area is big enough to welcome a large crowd. We would even put on live entertainment for a coach party !! Thanks again for your comments and Silvia and I look forward to you visiting again.

Our recent visit to this hotel was our first stay here. The new owners are very friendly and make every effort to make you feel at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast too. We will visit again..:)

A first rate hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the moment you arrive to the minute you depart you are made welcome and comfortable. Norman and Bev always go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. There is lots of advice of where to visit or where to wine and dine.
Very good value for your hard earned pound. All in all a warm, friendly and I mean friendly run hotel that is ideally situated for your stay in Blackpool.
Alan, Risca.

Room Tip: All rooms are very clean and comfortable, the rooms on the higher level are quieter.
