Had a lovely 2-night stay here during October half term, and would definitely return here on my next visit to Blackpool. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Great location, easy to reach, easy to park, and quick walking distance to the pleasure beach. Overall, was incredibly pleased with our stay and the value for money was fantastic - the complimentary cookies were a lovely touch, too!

we stayed here at the end of August for a few days and have to say we prefer it to the bigblue hotel.. it is clean, in a good location by the pleasure beach and the owners Steve and Tom are really friendly and helpful. breafast is delicious. family room we stayed in had a separate room for kids with t.v. d.v.d.
would go back as owners are so lovely. wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now is Blackpool.

we stayed for a special weekend and were so happy with everything about it .
from phoning before the visit until arriving the staff were so helpful . we did not have any meals at the hotel as we were on a room only deal so I cant comment on that part of the hotel but everything else was perfect . the room was very comfortable and warm the staff were friendly and always went beyond expectations . my girlfriend and I would certainly stay at this hotel again , thanks for a great stay .

Just returned from a Two Night stay at the Waldorf.

The hosts Steve and Tom were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel is situated at the south end of the strip approx 5 min walk to the pleasure beach and pier.

Our room was located on the second floor and facing the rear of the hotel so no sea view but having paid under the going rate I can't complain.

The room was spotlessly clean, fresh towels and clean / crisp bed linen, TV, DVD player, tea/coffee, hair dryer.. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay!

I notice a couple of people have left some pretty poor reviews but I struggle to see how any hotel could do any better for the money.... Approx 15% is taken from booking websites, 20% by the tax man, electric, water, laundry, salaries.... I'm pretty poor at maths but can work out that there wasn't much left out of my bill to go towards the owners retirement fund!!

If your looking for a warm welcome, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, clean fresh beds, a good breakfast and a relaxed drink in a cozy bar then look no further,

Keep up the good work guys, your doing a fantastic job... We hope to return and see you again in the near future... All the best!

Rich & Ting

Took my elderly parents for the weekend, The staff are great. The beds are very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The building is a little tired but the welcome you get makes up for this. Breakfast is worth every penny Had a good time Thanks to all for looking after us

First: is quiant, clean, comfortable and quiet, which made us feel at home, and the service was
way "ABOVE" the call of service.
Tom and Steve are the best hosts in the world, always warm, friendly, and helpful. They showed
us the best restaurants, which couldn't compare to their excellent breakfasts. the only problem
my waist gained 3 inches.
We were a part of a larger group staying there and some of us with special needs, and they
gave extra special care. This left us with a fond feelings about the Waldorf,Blackpool, and England
We thank you "TOM AND STEVE" for making our first visit to Blackpool memorable.

Again we thank you "STEVE AND TOM" for every thing!!!!!!!!
