We got married here at the weekend and it was abosoluty perfect, all the staff were fantastic especially our wedding organiser Zara who we really can't thank enough for making our day go so perfect, from planning to the big day nothing was too much trouble and she really took care of us and our guests, the ceremony room and function room were both picture perfect! the food was stunning and the entertainment and DJ were brilliant!
The hotel was so clean and well presented and the rooms were definitely 5* quality.
I would definatly recommend coming here be it a short or long stay or just for a function..
And defiantly for getting married!
We will certainly be back :-D x

We stayed here for two nights with 3 other couples and had a great time.

We booked a sea view room, which was clean and modern, but was on the third floor with two small attic type windows. I had to tip toe to see the sea. The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The room was warm so I asked for a fan but there was none left. However the next morning one appeared in my room as some guests had checked out. Good service.

The shower room was small but clean, modern and perfectly formed. Toiletries were provided along with white fluffy towels.

We dined in the hotel restaurant one night. The food was excellent and made to order. My salmon was wonderful and the vegetables were changed at my request without any problem. Our two waitress, Rachel and Erica, were such fun and nothing was too much trouble for them. Zara, the manager, was attentive and managed Rachel and Erica very well!

Breakfast was fine but no sliced fruit, porridge, pastries etc. which I felt let it down.

If we return to Blackpool again we will book the Carousel again and hope that Zara, Rachel and Erica still work there. :)

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view but lower floor.

Good evening,

We stayed for 3 nights, and one thing i have to bring up is the tempurature in the rooms. The dining area is almost sub zero due to air con, then the actual family room is almost tropical, i cant imagine what its like when its warmer outside.

We did however get given a fan which cool the room down so at least we could sleep during the second and third night, first night without it was very uncomfatable.

The food is nice, and alittle on the expensive side but still.

The staff are nice enough, perhaps the young lady in recpetion could smile a bit more and she seemed abit put out that we asked if the room was ready before 3pm, she just spoke into a bit of paper she was looking at on the desk at the time.

Bar staff, very good and helpful.
Dining room staff, again helpful and pleasant.

We also noticed that the staff work very hard and really try there best for the guests.

Oh and another little thing, i dropped a small coke on an empty table as i made my way back to mine, it slipped as i tried to carry more than one glass...but the guy just seemed rather pissed that i had done this, huffed then got a rag out to mop it up, i did offer to do this myself but didnt get an answer...then he charged me for another coke, i know it was my fault but still.

But overall its clean, tidy, well presented and inviting. We might go back as we visit blackpool every year, but will have a shop around now.

Oh and note to the managers...i reiterate the staff work extremely hard.

Thank you.

Stayed at the carousel hotel for 2 nights from the 1-3 august with 4 adults & 2 children.

The rooms where spotless very spacious. Had a fantastic nights sleep both nights.

Breakfast was fantastic a wide variety all piping hot and fresh. We also had tea here both nights and the meals are amazing like top restaurant quality. The bar was reasonably priced.

Staff where friendly & helpful. Loved the kids club the lady running it was an amazing entertainer who kept the kids happy.

I would defiantly recommend this hotel and would return on my next trip to Blackpool.

We got a room here for one night after having to leave our previous accommodation due to wild guests staying in same property and management not caring. Upon arrivalwe were talked through the restaurants and night entertainment. The room was 323 and was spacious with a double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom was wall to wall tile lovely!. Room was clean and had everything you could ask for only suggestion is chocolate sachets with the tea and coffee in the room for people who prfere these. Evening meal suited all our needs. What was good was there were many families so later in the function my daughter was able to play with other children in a safe environment. Breakfast was buffet style and fresh. We only wish we had booked here at the beginning of our holiday.

We have just got back from a short stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. I am really impressed. It was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The entertainment was outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel as it is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get back. Thank you Carousel for a great trip I will be back.
