stayed at the shepperton for 2 nights with my husband and 3 children, on arrival was welcomed by a very drunk woman smoking inside the doorway ;) a guest not a member of staff! Room had everything you needed like kettle, ironing board, hair dryer.. All very dated and quite grubby..my 2 teenage children had to share a double bunk bed..ladder was broken to the top bunk..carpet was dated and filthy, condensation running off the walls, playstation on request didnt work, bar area was very small and a d.i.y. Job.. First time I didnt buy a drink at a bar in my whole life..my husband did have a beer in a can..on the plus side the little man in charge tried his hardest and breakfast was nice although quite cramped! Very close to the pleasure beach which is why I chose the shepperton..if you like home from home( well someones home) it is fine..but ive also been told that all b&b type places in blackpool are all the same!

Stayed here for one night and was not impressed one iota, the room on the top floor was rank I don't think a vacuum has been used in the last 12 months nor has a duster the dirt was rank there were coffee stains above the bed 12 months of dust everywhere even in the so called shower room above the shaver point above the door on top of wardrobe even an 18" hair in the sink
Not remotely clean

Stayed for 2 nights on 30th August with my husband & 4 children aged 12, 11, 8 & 11 months. the room had a double bed, bunkbeds for the children with a double bottom bunk & a travel cot was provided for the baby. Rooms were clean & decor was nice. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Parking was provided, allthough this limited so not guaranteed. The hotel is closer to the pleasure beach park. Would definitely consider staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed here last week. We were made to feel very welcome, lovely people. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, very close to the promenade and pleasure beach so after a day of fun, only a short walk back to the Hotel.
Had a lovely time, If we come back to Blackpool, will certainly stay at The Shepperton.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 1, very comfortable.good shower.clean

The reviews looked good even the photographs but when we arrived I was disappointed. There was an awful smell in the hallway. We were led upstairs to our rooms and I could see why the photos were from mid height the carpet was disgusting and in many places in this B&B threadbare. The owners were friendly, cannot comment on breakfast as gave it a miss

Room Tip: No idea, one plus parking outside was free

We stayed at The Shepperton for 4 nights. It's a lovely traditional little hotel in a good location. The owner and his staff are very friendly, welcoming and accomodating, the hotel is obviously very family friendly which is a big advantage. We were even provided with a single garage for our car so that we could come and go as we pleased without worrying about parking. We had a good tasty breakfast every morning - including fried bread, plus real butter and marmalade for my toast. The bar was open every night for a couple of beers before bed, to finish the day off nicely. Thanks to Geoff and his staff we had a lovely week away.
