reception service and decor great, rooms clean and tidy with adequate goods, breakfast tasty and staff lovely. room could do with a bit of an upgrade but it was ok and blackpool does have the worse reputation for hotels, well worth a stop over if the price is right.

just got back from a short hol at tiffany's to celebrate my birthday, sat nite was an xmas theme with presants, father xmas, crakers ect. and an excellant xmas dinner, then went to bar lounge for good entertainment ( comedian and really good singer) was up dancing till late them went up to our room 115 which was very clean but not a good out look, anyway we could'nt lock the door from the inside someone came up from reception and he could'nt lock it either so we were moved to room 304 which was a suite with a lounge, bedroom and a bathroom all over looking the beach it was lovley, the staff were all great, frendly and helpful, it's only 5 mins walk to town to the shops, parking at the hotel was very easy, will definately stay there again at room 304 if possible ,I brought a broucher home to show all my friends and customers

Noisy rooms, bad customer service, warm wine and very overpriced for what you get. And if that's not enough to put you off the entertainment was really bad.

just back after 3 night stay. room 217. originally had 130 no shower, so nice helpful reception staff moved us. 217 very clean warm but brick wall for view and bit shabby and claustrophobic but had everything we needed. Hotel in great location if u use back door in 2 min it takes you past peek-a-booze cabaret bar, colourful host greets u on entering, and ma reilly's and funny girls show. then 5 min and you at tower. great parking at front and back of hotel. Breakfast brill and staff extremely helpful . The shows at night great. Drinks good prices too! Comedian on sun night 27th nov was really funny. I saw Ben Belushi advertised there for cabaret weekend break, dont know dates, but if u can, Go! he fantastic. We saw him in Ma Reilly's bar. best look for those special break packages would be great value hotel then.

Room Tip: ask for change if not happy.
