Just run our 1st Country Music Weekend Holiday at this Hotel, was really worried that we had filled the hotel and wondered if the staff could cope, the answer was a resounding YES!!, a few hiccups but the staff worked so hard to rectify any problems, the food was 1st class, the staff excellent, the management worked with us all the way through the weekend to make everyone feel at home. We have had 42 feedback forms back from 65 rooms each item was out of ten and gave 14 different items to feed back on, nearly all gave 9, 10 and a lot of + on the form at the side of the 10 out of 10 because the form didn't give enough chances to praise. Over 50% rebooked with 3 days so that says it all. Well done to the president.

From the time we checked-in on the Friday afternoon, until we checked-out on the Monday morning, ALL the staff were extremely polite, courteous and friendly - so much so, that we were unable to nominate just one person for this hotel's 'Employee Award'. However, we would like to say a big thank you to Alex, George, Deano, and not forgetting our Hostess for the weekend, Stephanie Sparkles. Our double room was very clean, with the en-suite shower room having been recently re-fitted out. The food, the breakfasts and evening meals, was excellent, with a choice from three main courses and a selection of sweets each evening. We look forward to the next time.

Just spent a weekend at this hotel. We had a fantastic time, the staff could not do enough to help you. Our room had a wet room with it which was just what was needed as my husband is disabled and cannot get into or out of a bath. The room was comfortable with everything you would expect, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer etc. The food was delicious with staff working very hard to make the experience as good as it could possibly be. The only criticism I have is that there was no fresh fruit available if you were unable to eat/did not like the choices for sweet. Otherwise I have no complaint at all. The entertainment was first class all weekend with Stef and Deano just adding the finishing touches. Can't wait to go there again in November. "I know...."

Room Tip: Room 303 is next to the lift so it is very noisy until everyone has gone to bed (but cannot comment on any other room).

Stayed in a twin room - side window looked straight down the prom and had a great view. The room was very clean and the bathroom was newly fitted and stylish, we stayed in a double/twin room , but i did get to see one of the executive suites, and I can tell you - it was impresive, with the fourposter bed and huge front windows looking over the sea.

I have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool, and i can safely say that this is probably one of the best.

Staff were extremely helpful. The entertainment staff were wonderful ---- please look out for - Ms Stephanie Sparkles - it was worth the trip to Blackpool just to see her alone!!!!!

The food was very very good and plentiful - I have no complaints there, (and I am most particular when eating away from home) so this was a pleasure - the Breakfast in particular was very good. My husband enjoyed the home made lasagne for one of the options for the saturday so much he went back for a second plate full.

I have only one complaint - if you can call it a complaint - the entertainment room was so hot that for the first week in February I was wearing a sleaveless top, and there was a lack of staff in the afternoon for the number of people there --- this is the only criticism --- I would stay there again.

Room Tip: stay away from room 203 - we were put there first and had to move due to the drains problem.

Just arrived home after a fabulous weekend at the New President Hotel. What can we say!! From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless; the food was simply delicious. Steph and Deano helped make the entertainment during the evenings most enjoyable and kept us laughing from start to finish - what a team! As this was a Country & Western venue, they interacted well with the Country artists. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Blackpool area; their service is second to none .

Room Tip: Only gave 4* rating because Room 413 was next to the lift
