We stayed for four nights at the hotel and found it to be very well run in an excellent location for sightseeing and night life. Dean and Steve were very helpful and friendly and the hotel had a homely feel, very clean too. Our room was a double, not the largest we've stayed in but tastefully furnished with nice accessories and colour scheme. En-suite fairly small but again everything was in the room that you needed including a hair dryer and iron / ironing table which was unusual. All in all, this hotel is a credit to its owners and we would certainly recommend it to other visitors to Blackpool.

Stayed here for weekend visit to blackpool to see a couple of shows. The room we booked, a king double was found to be excellent value for money, bed was clean and very comfortable, facilities excellent, proprietors Steve & Dean wellcoming, friendly and very helpful.
the breakfast was one of the best cooked We have had for a while. The location is ideal, being within walking distance (10-15 mins) to Tower and all attractions. Their is parking in immediate area and at the end of the street plenty of cafes for snacks or meals at very reasonable prices.
Will certainly return here if in area again. Far better experience than in the many so called good hotels (4&5 Star) we have stayed in at 3-4 times the price.

Room Tip: Ask for lower room if you don,t like stairs but all will give quiet good nights rest.

We arrived as guests and left as friens. Dean and Steve are fantastic. we could not of ask for any more and found the hotel clean tidy and no matter how small a issue they were always pleased to help you. the food was star quality and was full filling all day. they was even able to cater for our dietry problems with out hesitation. We had such a great laugh with them and found ourselves sitting in the bar most nights as there company was brilliant.
