We have just come back from 2nights stay.what a lovely stay, nothing is too much trouble, even to going and buying skimmed milk for us, bringing some up in a flask for tea and making sure it was on our table at breakfast, which I may add was large, and lovely. They are a lovely couple, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, and at this time of year, nice and warm.We will DEFINATELY be back next year, thank you both.

Stayed for two nights earlier this week. The owners are a couple of very friendly guys. The location only about seven minutes from the tower and all the entertainment. the bedroom we had (Elm)
was very comfortable apart from the shower room/toilet which was very small and a bit of a squeeze.

The breakfast was without fault and an evening spent in the bar very entertaining.

The owners are off shortly on holiday themselves .Have a good 'un you guys!

Room Tip: Only experienced the one room but all previous reviews have been favourable so can accept that they...

Me and my wife have been back several times now to Abbey lodge and do not have a single bad word to say about it. From the moment we arrived on our first visit we were made to feel welcome and were treated as friends rather than customers. The rooms were very good size and were immaculately clean. The breakfast was brilliant with a large selection ranging from a traditional fry up to cereal and fruit. On most nights we sat in the bar area and socialized with other guests as well as the owners and the atmosphere was as good as could be asked for. Overall I would definitely suggest you check this B&B out if your planning a trip to Blackpool soon.

Stayed at the Abbey Lodge for 4 nights and had a great time. From the moment we arrived the owners (Dean & Stephen) made us feel very welcome. The rooms were a good size and very clean, also well decorated. The Breakfast was very tasty and always fresh and hot. At night the atmosphere in the bar was great and had a good laugh with the owners. My Wife and I would definately recommend the Abbey Lodge to anyone who is staying in blackpool!

This was a lovely B&B, only 5 minutes walk from the front. The full english breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. We had a kingsize bedroom which had lovely decor. The closest railway station is Blackpool North and it is walkable. Very friendly people who run it, would go back

Just returned from a few days away to see illuminations with some friends. Abbey Lodge is well located to reach all parts of Blackpool & surrounding area. Nice greeting from Dean who showed us to our rooms upon arrival. Bedroom was nice with en suite. Had a view of the tower from the room. Breakfast was great - well cooked & ample portions; all requests dealt with, no fuss. Finished off each evening with a nice chat & drinks in the bar with other guests together with Dean & Stephen. A very pleasant stay thanks. Would find it difficult to do better for the tariff charged.

Travel tip - we purchased Blackpool Transport day tickets in advance for £3.50 each which covered Trams & buses and were a super investment.
