“Fabulous place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2014

What a fabulous place this is! My friend and I have just spent the night here and we couldn't fault anything. A lovely friendly welcome awaited us, and the room was spotless. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast was good - free parking outside was an added bonus too! Will definitely be recommending to others :0)

I have been to many places abroad and in England itself but non like Courtney's. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and outgoing, they are keen to welcome you and make you feel relaxed. The room we stayed in was a family room with a single bed and one double bed, both very comfy. The room was spotless and i couldn't of being happier with it, the beds were made perfectly and there were no obvious faults with the room in anyway. Courtney's is a well presented and comforting hotel. I would stay here over and over again and would recommend this to any person wanting to stay in Blackpool or the surrounding areas. Its in an ideal location and very close to the trams which take you across the prom. Perfect location, staff and hotel! couldn't of asked for more.

Room Tip: I can not give a recommendation for room types although the family room i stayed in myself was beaut...

Out of all the Hotels etc., in Blackpool and surrounding areas there was only one that came to mind when informed that I would be working in Lytham for a couple of days and that was Courtneys. Again a fantastic stay, there are few places nowadays where you get such good value and service. Keep it going Michelle others could learn a lot from you and the way you treat your guests and run your Hotel. Will definitely be staying again, work or otherwise.

Arrived at 9am on 15/3/2014 and was told that i could check in already, funny as some of our party were staying at the Hilton and they had to wait to check in.The hotel itself is clean, its tidy.has a real friendly atmosphere to it.The owners cannot do enough for you,one guy there had his shirt ironed by one of the owners. The area is very quiet too.The room was warm clean and spotless and had a great nights sleep. The hotel is a great place to chill out too, dont think they allow hen/stag night parties to stay, price from center of town to hotel was £5 in a taxi and that was at 1am,i dont think i will stay anywhere else now i have found this place as it is fantastic value for money

After working in Blackpool for four freezing cold wet days the only solace was the warm, spotlessly clean and welcoming room, an excellent shower and reviving pot of tea at the end of the day. A good nights sleep in the comfy bed followed by one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time did revive me enough to survive the rest of the day.
Michelle you have a great place and with your warm personality it makes a good stay into a fabulous one.
Will see you again, THANKS.

The Courtneys Hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The Bed Linen and the towels were sparkling white. The Proprietoress and her deputy were very helpful. The British Breakfast was of the usual Blackpool high standard although Jamie Oliver would disprove. The only drawback was the steps from the street and the stairs to the bedroom. The owner was helpful with carrying luggage to the room. However I do not recommend the hotel to patrons like me with osteoporosis problems, but I have no hestation in recomending the hotel to others.
Getting to the hotel from the North station was easy. Buses Numbers 3 and 4 ran from "Funny Girls" in Dickson Road to a stop almost opposite the hotel.
To conclude, it was the nicest hotel in Blackpool Incluidng the Hilton and the Imperial, that I have ever stayed in, and was availble at a fraction of the price.

Once again an excellent stay. Smart, modern clean room with plenty of towels and chic bed linen. Excellent breakfast as always. Delightful hosts who make everyone feel welcome without intruding on your stay or activities.
See you soon!

Room Tip: Front rooms 2 and 3 are newly re-furbished and have a sea view
