“Fantastic 'green space' in Blackpool”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2014

Don't always stay on the sea front when visiting Blackpool. Please visit Stanley Park and Salisbury Woodland to experience the 'green side' .
This is a spectacular park and woodland area, very family friendly and a great open space to explore.
Can recommend it as a fantastic day out.....

“Tranquil Walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2014

If you fancy a quite peaceful stroll on a summers day this is the place to go with various areas to visit. The boating lake is popular along with the crazy golf and putting. On certain days you have live music or even tour the park in Thomas the Tank Engine.

This is my favourite space in Blackpool. So peaceful and well maintained. The boating lake is great fun if you have kids like me, perfect for a sunny afternoon.

“well worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2014

we really enjoyed our day at the zoo 3 children aged 9,13 and 14 and they all really enjoed it we watched the bird display and the sea lion display both of which were very interesting and professionally done. I would say the only negative was the dinosaur display which we all thought was poor.
