Stayed here for a long weekend and had a blast with there inhouse entertainment. Make sure you go and see Buddy Lee and his dancers, they put on an amazing show. I couldn't help notice tho, that me and my partner where the youngest guest, the rest where all over 40 + having saying that, even the other guest where as friendly as the staff.
Secondly, the food is amazing. Would really recommend this place should you ever travel to Blackpool. It's just beside the beach too. This lil gem, will not disappoint you. ;-)

There were ten of us this year, and gona be a few more next year as it is a good break to cheer you up after the new year. We couldn't fault food, all came back a bit heavier. The entertainment was billiant with Mr Buddy Lee and the gang, and our crowd had a few wins at bingo. We all enjoyed our trip out as well. Our room was one of the worst in hotel, as we were on the very ground floor, by the staff entrance with door banging at all hours. They offered to move us when it was nearly time to leave, but would have been too much hassle. When we next book, as it hasn't put us off, we will make sure we are in another room. All in all we all had a brilliant time and will definately be returning!

Room Tip: any room apart from gf08 as only time had to complain in the years we have been coming here

After a busy Christmas and new year , a great way to relax and be looked after ! We've been many many times to the Viking ! Very good value , especially all inclusive breaks , bed , breakfast , lunch and dinner , drinks , fantastic shows and 2 trips ! We always go for a sea view room 2nd floor ! It's nice just to have a nose out ! Not far from the south pier and pleasure beach ! Tram stop just opposite , and a good walk after breakfast to the town and tower , takes us 20 minutes ! because we had been going for a few years now , it is nice to see the same staff and the same cleaner in our room ! The food is very good and a good choice ! The all inclusive drinks are very good ! Entertainment especially with Buddy Lee is great ! There are various singers and not to forget the bingo , not really our cup of tea , but good for those that do enjoy it ! Already booked again ! Only moan is they have changed the time you can have your room ! We like to travel early to avoid traffic and get a car park ! Although there is ample car park spaces ! But it's 3pm for keys now ! But overall a lovely hotel and break !
