Premier Inn Blackpool (Bispham) Hotel

We Use this hotel chain a lot with our line of work, The hotel is in the perfect location for Fleetwood outlet village (6 miles) and Blackpool (3 Miles) with the nearest tram stop (10 minutes walk away) but If you prefer a bus the stop is right outside the hotel and the number 7 comes ever 10 mins and takes you into Blackpool. Tesco Express is also nearby come out of the back of the hotel turn right around 4 minute walk to buy your newspapers 

The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel has recently been refurbished. Its attached to the beefeater next door, which is in need of a bit of a facelift from the outside, and could be classed as a inner town kind of pub, with dim lighting three fruit machines, the evening meals, are standard beefeater meals, mainly grilled, but again the staff are friendly but sometimes need reminding to brink the food out after the starter.. Twice we had to ask for the pudding,. But in fairness they did apologised and gave us extra, The breakfast can only be described as amazing, as previously said we use premier a lot, in fact we spend more time in them than we do at home, this is by far the best breakfast I’ve had in a premier inn, beating Manchester hands down, it is also a better hotel than the Blackpool Central

The downsides :-
There is a high school just across the road, with parents dropping off and picking kids up using the carpark. They finish around 14_45 each day

Stayed here twice before so like the location and the Premier Inn set up. Was given room 58 and when we got to our room and looked out of the window was disappointed as it was at the back of the hotel and the only view was of the bins and loading bay but was not going to let that spoil our visit. We were not disturbed at all and it was very quiet and because the weather was not that good rainy and cold didn't notice at all. The room was spotless as was the bathroom with soft fluffy white towels and nice shower gel. Nice big new t v with all the channels you need. All in all a good stay and looked after by smashing staff.

Standard clean comfortable bedroom. Lived up to guarantee of good night's sleep. Staff at all levels were friendly, helpful and efficient. Situated in Bispham near the Northern end of the promenade it is not central but we found the local buses (bus stop right outside hotel -No 7 takes you straight into town - every ten minutes). From the hotel it's a ten to fifteen minute walk down Redbank Road to the start of the prom at the north end and the start of the lights. From there it's a short tram ride to centre of blackpool. We bought a 3-day pass £10.50pp at time of writing or £3.50pp for 1-day which allowed you to hop on and off buses and trams at your leisure. Value for money if you make good use of it. Good little Italian restaurant in Redbank Rd - "Don Antonio's".
Only downside, in my opinion, is that breakfast is served in the attached "bistro" You have to go outside the entrance to the hotel and re-enter the bistro restaurant called the Red Lion. The ambiance is dull and 'pubby'. Nevertheless the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is what you would expect at any Premier Inn.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use this. Hotel and location again.

My husband and I have stayed at this Premier Inn several times. As before our stay did not dissapoint. All staff were very friendly and helpful, interested in what we had planned for our days out.

Many of the staff we have seen on our previous stays, so it's good to see the staff don't change that often.

Our room was always cleaned and we liked the fact that the reception staff asked for our room number before we went out so that housekeeping could clean our room. Lovely to go back to the room at the end of the day.

We had continental breakfast which was always fresh and about right to start the day, plenty of fresh cereal and juices, yoghurts.

Free car parking and a good heated room, comfortable bed.

We would certainly recommend staying here.

Bispham is not far from the hotel offering good fish and chips, cafes and a local Sainsburys to buy provisions.

We had a lovely stay.

Top Class review of a BUDGET hotel from Seamless check in from the extremely efficient and professional IAN and his team.
Nothing was too much trouble and the although under extreme pressure from the number of intolerant arrivals IAN kept his cool, helpful and friendly manner throughout!!
This was continued by all receptionists especially RAJ who gave me a an emergency lift on completion of his shift to an early morning train.(Thanks a million MATE).
A delightful stay, my only criticism would be that the room LIGHTING was extremely subdued and inadequate for my liking but that is only my opinion !!!
Some may call it cool and modern trendy but to me it is depressing and gloomy!!!
PREMIER INN should be very proud of their staff in BISPHAM. FIRST CLASS-WELL DONE

We spent one night there in August and having stayed in Premier Inns before we knew what to expect. One thing I would question is Premier Inns opposition to lifts because it is a struggle when you have 2 flights of stairs to contend with. Having booked online there is no option to request a ground floor room so you take pot luck or go down the dreaded 0871 route, why oh why do companies insist on this, silly question MONEY. Our fan in bathroom even with light off was never silent and did not make for a very good nights sleep but to Premier Inn credit when I mentioned it to reception in the morning I was advised there was a switch up by the ceiling whereby I could silence the fan but they had no hesitation in refunding under the good nights sleep guaranteed policy Well done

Room Tip: Ask for ground floor on arrival

We spent a couple of nights as part of a birthday treat for our elder daughter who had always wanted to visit Blackpool. It coincided with the illuminations switch on which may explain the high prices (not just at this hotel). You know what you are going to get with Premier Inn and this was no exception. In this case the hotel was very clean, quiet and had a friendly reception team. The only real downside was the lack of air conditioning, which meant that we didn't get a great sleep on the first night. The hotel is attached to a Beefeater pub although there are plenty of other places to eat in Blackpool, which is a tram journey away. Breakfast was excellent.
